“I hosted my Brother’s 40th birthday party this past weekend at Carlyle! I planned this party from the Hampton Roads area, which is not local. Morgan and her team were there to answer questions for me and made this the BEST experience! I had tried booking other places for this event and everything was SO complicated or expensive. I’m so thankful for the previous people who left reviews about the food because it made Carlyle an EASY choice !The atmosphere here is ELEGANT and WARM at the same time. I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better restaurant for this party. The party guests loved their meals ! (Please try the Crab CAKES OMGOSH!!)We CLEANED our plates ! Do you hear me?!!! The food was SO good! Everyone had smiles on their faces and the service was EXCELLENT! Our servers were so respectful and responsive — we had a great time ! “Thrilled to have found this place while attending a training conference nearby. I am not ashamed to say I came here for lunch every day of the week The good: the atmosphere is as good as it gets for a pub. Quiet lunch stop, Friendly staff a traditional pub menu great whiskey selection and a gorgeous mirror backed ornate wood bar display. I swapped between both the Reuben and fish sandwich all week and highly recommend either. The bad: My major complaint is that this place is too far from my house but it may be good enough that I start looking for new apartments in the area. This is what it is to the maximum degree if you are in the mood for an Irish pub I don't think you can do better.“
“For appetizers- we ordered the burratta e funghi and also the foccaccia bread. Both were delicious. The highlight was the pizza! We were a party of 6 and tried three different pizzas, and all were delicious! We also tried both the gnocchi dishes (formaggi and sorrentina), they were ok. The best dish of all was the tiramisu! “Very good bar/vegan food. Prices seem all over with place, with some items overpriced and some quite cheap. Example: burger for $16, but a generous plate of eggplant fries + dipping sauces for $3. In total, it was about $30 for a burger, fries and a beer for one person. Maybe I’m just not used to DC prices, but it felt expensive. “Yum!! Stopped in Friday afternoon and got the Korean Fried Chicken bowl with the garlic sauce and rice and it was delicious! Even the coleslaw it came with was good (and I'm not someone who usually likes coleslaw). Chicken was tender and flavorful while the rice was decent, really enjoyed the sauce that seeped into the rice from the chicken. The coleslaw is a mayo base and almost had a sweetness to it too. Service was good and speedy. You order at the counter and you have to watch the number ticker at the front for your number as they don't really call out your number. There are tables inside as well as outside and the overall establishment was clean.“

Food is amazing I ate pesto genovese with penne paste loved it, I recommend adding without garlicmy son ate penne Alfredo ,they have this complementary rosemary loaf bread which is amazing , we ordered garlic with cheese bread so we were over stuffed had to take it to go2. “Absolutely perfect. So glad we found this place. The coffee is excellent, and the food totally slaps. I had the shakshuka. It had the perfect serving size, perfect temperature, and perfect flavor. Little bit of spice, lots of savory, eggs cooked just right. Bread was well toasted and the perfect accompaniment. My cold brew was very good as well. I liked the ordering system too. It was easy and efficient. 10/10 will eat again“

As a person who's grown up in areas without halal steak options near me, this restaurant is a blessing to have within 20 minutes of my house.For tonight, I had the top sirloin steak with fries and the lamb platter with garlic bread. The steak was a tad bit overcooked but the flavor profile was spot on and the compound butter made up for any misses in the dish. The mixed veggies and sauce on the side was perfect as well as the fries. Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.Paired with a live flame, I'd order this experience again!The lamb chops were absolutely perfect, with the right char and flavor. The portion size and garlic bread is really good with the mushroom sauce, giving you no room to move after. I had to take food home.Finally, the Mango Mocktail Mojito was absolutely delightful! Sweet, refreshing, and light at the same time!Overall, 10/10.“
“Endo Sushi is my only sushi place because of the love, care, and pride they demonstrate at every visit. I have been a patron of Endo for almost ten years and have come to know Endo, the owner and sushi chef, as well as his lovely and attentive family members that serve as wait staff and hostesses. For me, they are family to me and my daughter. If you want sushi and Japanese cuisine made with love and pride, as well as a place to become family, Endo Sushi is your Japanese home. “First time here. The food was really fresh and there are many options for proteins and toppings. I built my own bowl and was happy to learn it came with unlimited toppings. It was easy to choose healthy options or just go all out for a delicious high calorie meal. We will definitely be coming back many more times.“
“I’m a pizza snob, I’m owning it! A native from Chicago and I like to try pizza whenever I go. New York pizza is good, but this Extreme Pizza was amazing!!! Of course it’s not comparable to Chicago deep dish, so adjust your expectations but keep them high because Extreme’s pizza was delicious, fresh, hot, chewy crush and went all the way to the edge. Yes, I ate the entire individual pizza. Owning that too! It would be a shame if you were in Crystal City and didn’t stop here for a quick bite. Staff were great and price was good considering this is DC-area, so nothing else could beat great food, service and affordable!!! What else could you ask for! “Good service, solid breakfast burritos, and nice atmosphere inside. I stopped by on a weekday morning as the bagel shop nearby seemed to be pretty full. I decided to get the sunrise burrito, and it was quite flavorful. Not too large of a portion, but also worth the price in my opinion.“
“Overall a clean place with fresh food. I got the Mediterranean chicken wrap and it was good, but the chicken was a tad dry. The vegetables were fresh and the right texture. I do wish it had more tzatziki sauce. The onion rings were crunchy and hot, but 6 for almost $5 felt a little steep. The service was quick and we were in and out in a few minutes. Would I come back? Yes. Would I recommend for a quick lunch? Also yes“

“This is the local sandwich shop/cafe for all of us that work in the area. They serve breakfast and lunch. I strongly recommend if you want a good sandwich because it's the only spot in Rosslyn that has a solid sandwich. My colleagues and I have been here many many times. It's not winning any food awards. However, the sandwiches are made fresh, tastes great, and priced just right. Strongly recommend if you work in the area or just visiting.“

“So I originally ordered a grain bowl on Uber eats. Unfortunately Uber eats service was absolutely horrifying. They took over an hour and a half to assign a driver canceled my order previously…. now I’m specifically talking about Uber eats not the restaurant..Uber eats was not trying to give me a refund so I could re-order or just go pick up my food myself I have been waiting almost 2 hours for my food….HOWEVER ANGEL WHO WORKS AT THE RESTAURANT WAS VERY VERY HELPFUL WHEN I CALLED TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY ORDER. IF IT WAS READY FOR PICK UP, HE KEPT ME UPDATED, and gave me great assistance. Even when I showed up to pick up my food myself I appreciate that. He also spoke with Uber Eats to let them know it was unacceptable and it made the restaurant look bad.This man has amazing. Customer service is so polite and super respectful. “Dinner on a Wednesday, not at all busy. Parking is in lot across street. My first time here; dining partner had encounters here a number of times before as a paying customer. Very nice Italian-American restaurant, perfect for a date night, with friendly (though certainly not Italian-speaking) staffers. Plenty of options for wine or hard liquor. Be sure to sign the guest book before you leave!! Crispy and resh salads. Bread was not remarkable. Dining partner had the Eggplant Parm here before and ordered it agian. I had a nice and simple pasta with herbs. Solid Italian-American dining. Woman serving as hostess was kind and talkative, pointing out photos and answering questions. There are little plaques on the wall with names of former or frequent diners. Fun to read them. Feel free to purchase a plaque (like on Amazon) and have it engraved, and bring it along. Plan to do that before next visit! Very fun to look through the guest book on the way out. Be sure to sign it! Will return. “This place is very spacious/open and is great for kids/babies! I came with a group of 5-10 for brunch on a Saturday and there was plenty of space for all of us. Food was great and lots of drink options. Service was nothing to write home about, but I wouldn’t expect super quick/attentive service for a beer hall and it wasn’t too bad.“

“I visited this location since I wasn't in the mood for oriental food. The food court is slightly better than the mall. The restaurant choices are limited. I used to love visiting Pentagon City. Metro is better than driving, but only if the blue line doesn't have issues. I had pasta. It was great. I asked for extra sauce (no charge). The garlic knot was excellent. The employees were cheerful and observant. This was my third choice. We started at Chevy's & CA Pizza Kitchen. After looking at both menus, we ended up at the food court. I looked at Yelp reviews after my visit. I wouldn't order salad from here. I would get pasta again.“
“Decided to try this new Panera in Ballston for lunch - staff were friendly and welcoming when I walked in, directing me to the counter for my mobile takeout order. Food was perfect, everything in my order was there and tasted great! Just for awareness, this location does seem to be more catered for to-go orders (not much seating inside)“
“We came here for happy hour and decided to sit outside. They have bogo apps for the HH so we went with the jumbo pretzel and nachos. The pretzel wasn't the softest but nachos were solid. Not a bad place to go for a drink and I would go back.“
