Even the person handing me my food over the counter was smiling and happy to help. The store really stood out for me.“
“This is the SB that I and lots of coworkers occasionally use on our commute. Despite being understaffed and underpaid, despite I-95 motorists constantly overwhelming capacity, the workers here keep churning out coffee, day in and day out. They do a tough, tedious, high skill job, and I think they should be compensated for it. I hope that this store considers unionizing soon. Despite illegal tactics, propaganda, and threats from corporate, I hope they can see their way to representation in their work.“
“Very impressed with this McDonalds. We stopped here on our way home to NoVA from Richmond. The staff was polite and the service was quick. Food was great!Convenient locations when getting off of I-95.The women’s bathroom was clean and contemporary, see photos.There is a wheel chair accessible bathroom stall.“
“If I want to stop at a McDonald's, this location is my go to. The staff are always very kind to me and the food is always as should! The curbside wait time is a smidgen slow but that's fine because I seem to always get there when it's busy.This location is so much better than the one on Brook Rd (y'all, try to avoid that one).“
“Stopped in here on a road trip. Service was top notch. The food was good but not quite to the standard I would expect from Dunkin' Donut.I got the Sourdough Sandwich. It had good flavor but the bread wasn't toasted, as shown in the pictures. The flavor of the French Crueller was off - not quite sure how to explain it.“
“Front counter staff is friendly and quick and if you've been there, you've likely met the owner, Olaf. He takes great care of his guests. The place is super clean with tons of seating. Clearly, everyone has found out about it because it's busier every time I go—and I almost always run into someone I know. But there's still plenty of seating. High-quality coffee and food, great atmosphere, and you're supporting a local small business.“
“What a wonderful experience! The staff were absolutely lovely. Due to some health issues, I'm unable to have caffeine right now. The staff were extremely validating, and named what they had available - they have decaf espresso here! They made extra care to ensure that the decaf latte I ordered was separate from the caffeinated latte my mom ordered. The drink is amazing - they make their vanilla syrup in-house. It's a lovely, balanced drink. Beautiful coffee shop, great music and vibes, and attentive and kind staff. Will return again, one of my favorite coffee shops I've been to in VA! ☕Dietary restrictions: They were attentive to ensure that my decaf drink was separate from caffeinated drinks.“

The Richmond branch maintains the same offerings but adds a Virginia twist. It offers a serene and inviting atmosphere, perfect for work, study, or relaxed conversations. The servers were friendly and accommodating, patiently assisting us with our orders. At BAMBU, Vietnamese desserts take center stage. Opting for the Fruit Addicts, I enjoyed a delightful combination of coconut milk, jelly, and various exotic fruits. While this was a fantastic choice, their other menu items are equally appealing.“
