“The order was taken quickly, the food came quickly, too. But...the young lady, at the pickup window, at the drive thru, was hateful ?, and wouldn't even look at us, which ruined the whole atmosphere! On the bright side, the food, was hot, fresh, and tasted great!!!“

“Wonderful friendly folks and some real food on the menu. I tried the Oxtail dinner plate and loved it. For a little more money the steak is amazing! No A1 necessary.Tried collard greens as well and have a favorable impression now. Thanks for the wonderful service and positive atmosphere!“

“The Best Chicken Livers. A little pricey for the amount. But, we ended up getting an order to go. I think they are like $10 for 9 livers. Husband got the fish plate. The hushpuppies we great, the macaroni salad was not good, he said. The coleslaw was just acceptable. The fish and hushpuppies were great. On, we got a pack of 6 biscuits as well. We both ate one and had the rest for breakfast at home the next morning with sausage gravy!“

“Stopped while traveling from NC to VA around 2:30 pm so I think I got whatever was left over from lunch? Seems like the tenders and fries were sitting too long, dry but flavorful. Normally very fresh and good chicken! I will hit them again on my way back to NC. Oh, the biscuit was fresh and tasty!!“
