“I can’t believe I’m eating good Chinese food in a mall. I rely on reviews to make meal choices so I’m compelled to leave this review. The reviews looked promising so I ventured out. Was almost dissuaded when I noticed it was inside the mall. I had the general Tso chicken, broccoli beef combo with fried rice. It was quite good! The lady server was polite and helpful. Will be back!”

“Hello, I just went through the drive-through to get sweet tea for my wife and two-year-old son. As I pulled into the parking lot, the woman at the podium handing out receipts gave me a dirty look, possibly because of my loud exhaust. I proceeded to the line to order my beverage, and while I waited, she handed receipts to the two cars in front of me but stared at me and my car with the same look. She didn’t offer me a receipt, which my wife needs to scan for points on an app that helps us financially. I had to ask for one when I got to the window to pick up my drink. I noticed this number on the receipt, which belongs to the operator, Jason Umberger. I believe the employee may need some coaching on maintaining professionalism and not letting personal judgments affect her behavior at work. As a manager for a company in Virginia that sponsors VCU, the Flying Squirrels, and many others, I understand the importance of professional conduct in the workplace. This was 8/22/23 @ 6:19PM.”

“This was my first time coming here and it’s definitely giving everything and Italian sandwich should give. I didn’t think there was a sandwich shop running neck and neck with jimmy Jhon’s. I can’t say who’s. Better because they are both delicious for different reasons. I can cant wait to back and try the Philly cheesesteak. If you’re wondering about it I’d say try it it’s on point.”

“We were taken to Carytown Indian Cuisine last night by our kids. We were so impressed with our experience! The food was amazing. I requested a specially prepared curry vegetable dish, and the chef/owner was happy to create it for me. Several of our party enjoyed tikki masala with chicken. We also enjoyed lentils, cooked to perfection and wonderful chocolate lava cake for dessert. The service was impecable. Our waiters were so attentive and responsive, even though it was a very busy night. The ambience was warm and classy. The chef/owner was so gracious and even visited us at our table. I can't wait to return to CIC.”

“My friends and I had a fantastic time indulging in multiple rounds of Lemon Drop Martinis, along with delicious appetizers like cornbread and wings, followed by a delightful dinner. Our server was exceptional, making the evening even more special as we celebrated my friend's birthday. To our surprise, they treated my friend to a complimentary glass of Prosecco adorned with a birthday candle. We couldn't resist sharing our entrees, which included smoked brisket meatballs, pan-roasted shrimp, and fried catfish, all of which were incredibly tasty. The portions were generous enough for sharing, and the fried catfish was simply the best we've ever tasted, prompting us to order some to take home. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for a cozy evening with friends or family!”

“DRR catered our wedding on 6/8/24. They were punctual, professional, and knew what they were doing! I had a stress free day with them at my wedding! The bartender was also incredibly personable! She had even took time to visit my wedding website so she knew what to expect. I was shocked (in a positive way!) it truly shows just how dedicated they are to their customers. From the taste testing to the day of, we couldn’t have asked for better people to work with! We also received lots of compliments on how well the food tasted!! Their sweet potatoes are to die for, but seriously, all of their food is delicious!! Stop here for your BBQ wedding menu!!”
