“The ladies here are so sweet and obviously part of the community. The espresso was good and strong, tho a little too sweet, and they have kid options too. The baked goods were tasty but left a kind of funny film on the roof of my mouth for a while. Will definitely be back and just have to ask for even less syrup but I think would be worth it! They give all their tips to local charity! Really cool art inside as well to admire and for sale. Another customer inside told us how the 3 cats outside were part of the community too with people in town taking care of them and also getting them fixed to keep the population down.“

“We were surprised to come upon live music, excellent beer, great food, and a friendly atmosphere here during an impromptu visit to Colonial Beach. Definitely a hidden gem and a great place to hang out with family or friends. The food was unexpectedly delicious. The giant pretzel was fried a bit to make it buttery and crispy. Served with beer cheese and mustard. The lobster roll was one of the best I’ve had! The decor was unique and there were plenty of cozy nooks. There is an outside play area for the kids if you bring them. Cheers!“

“Their outdoor area is great for relaxing with a couple beers. A small but varied assortment, so there's something for everybody. They also had some small food dishes to snack on, but we didn't try any on this visit. A nice little neighborhood hangout.“

“The Texas fajitas are made with tender, melt-in-your-mouth steak and delicious shrimp and chicken that my husband craves on a regular basis. Personally, I'm not crazy about their enchiladas. They use what seems like a canned cheese, and not much flavor. They really should add onions and more seasoning, but I think their salsa, beef burrito and rice are absolutely delicious!“
