“I just want to warn the baked goods are DEFINITELY not as delicious as one might expect by the smell and are over hyped. They all seem to miss a certain aspect of baked goods. Something that makes them usually fluffy and sweet isn’t there. They’re too dense in texture but not flavor. Prices are fine. But not worth the “

“Worth the wait! The cafe opens at 9:00 and when we arrived at 9:30 there was a line out the door. The staff does an incredible job seating people quickly. The staff was delightful and the food was WOW. Large portions and lots of flavor. I personally appreciated the extensive gluten free options, including bread, waffles, and pancakes, that were delicious.Dietary restrictions: A lot of gluten free options including gluten free fried chicken and waffles.“

Red Dragon Brewery Brewery • $$

“Good beers, fun Halloween staff costumes and decoration, and special thanks to Steve for going above and beyond! We chatted and he gave us recommendations in town since we were visiting. My fiancee realized hours after closing that she'd left her water bottle there, and we were leaving town hours before the brewery opened the next day, so I posted a question on the google maps not expecting a response, and Steve reached out early morning and coordinated a pickup, hours before they actually opened.“

Then we tried the Dream Cycle and Lemonade, and they did not disappoint! Tasted more like cocktails than seltzers. Even took some home! Will definitely be back!“

“This place has been on my list of places for 15 years or more. I had the opportunity to visit this amazing place today and I will tell you it didn't disappoint AT ALL. The atmosphere was great as we visited on st. Patrick's day brunch. The service was top tier. We had a large party and they brought out family style sides and I mean all the sides. And they were truly endless as we were giving to go sides as many of whatever we wanted. The FOOD. When I say I have never tasted the most perfect seasoned food in my life. Needed nothing. Everything was seasoned and flavourful. If you like savory food this place is it. Not for a sweet tooth person. I had the marinated roast beer. And sheaperds pie. And man. Wonderful. The desserts are the downfall but who cares. The only regret I have is not visiting this place sooner. I will be taking the wife again soon. As it's not really a place for picky eating children or adults. You will not be disappointed.“

I look forward to my next visit! Thank you Debra.I was charged for a Tervis on Saturday December 23. It was supposed to be free with a $50 purchase. All the phone numbers published for this brewery don't work or don't get answered...just keeps ringing. Also the pinball machines don't work. The service was friendly, but exceptionally slow for not being very busy. I will provide an update if somebody reaches out to me about refunding me the Tervis.“

“It's OK. What you'd expect from a modern chain-like popular eatery...busy on a Saturday at lunch-time with the usual wait for an indoor booth, no wait for patio, bar or the shared 'community table' high tops.Menu has full range of apps, salads, sandwiches, tacos, steaks and modern taproom food with a specials menu.Buffalo cauliflower app was so salty it was inedible. Nachos were great and we really appreciated allowing us to substitute the pulled pork for grilled chicken. Kids chicken fingers plate had hot, tasty shoe-string fries, but chicken fingers themselves, small and dried-out. Friend liked her fried chicken sandwich and husband liked his sliders. My side-dishes (asparagus, mashed potatoes and sweet potato fries) were good, but mains came to us cold to lukewarm like they had sat too long before delivered to the table.Service was friendly from hostess stand to server, but drinks came slow and visits were spotty. We'd try again if in the immediate vicinity and husband really wanted beer variety, but we'd want to check out other options too.Vegetarian options: Salads and sidesKid-friendliness: They provide coloring sheet, crayons, kid menu.“

“I thought that this was another chain restaurant. It is anything but that! It’s a restaurant that grew up from an awesome food truck business. The menu is made up of really great sandwiches and dogs. Happy hour is full of average beers, but they have a self serve craft beer wall that hits the spot. I found that my secret to the menu was going with the bartenders suggestion and adding chicken and bacon to the vegetarian mushroom melt sandwich and getting the honey old bay tots. Very satisfying and delicious! We even experimented with a few cocktails. This is a fun place that features live music on occasion. Great find!Vegetarian options: I’m not a vegetarian. His timing on taking our orders blended perfectly with our conversations. Then his dinner reccomendations were the highlight, the dishes we all decided on where based on his descriptive explanations of each dish and they were spot on when our food arrived. This place deserves 6 stars.“

“Service started out great but then we didn't really see anyone until we tried to get the attention for the check. A party of like 12 was sat and that took all the attention. We had a training duo, I could tell the trainer was doing a great job, the host just over sat them.My husband gat a burger and he loves it. I got the fish n chips. It was ok. Outside was over done a bit and the inside was a little under done. French fries on both plates were fantastic. All in all , we will go back. We like the place and it is tough getting help. “This place "CARL'S" is the BEST place to get Custard treats... They are privately owned, not your multi corporate conglomerate... They make their own custard daily, and only have 3 flavors, Chocolate, Vanilla & Strawberry... They do have toppings that you can put on if you choose... They are a CASH only Custard shop...Parking: Carl's is a small place and parking can be a little bit of a problem depending on the time of day... Especially on the weekends... During the week, if you get there when they open, not a problem... They have a small parking lot with maybe 10 parking spots... There are a few street parking spots but not many... Carl's is for sure worth the time to stop if you are in the Fredericksburg Virginia area...Kid-friendliness: Absolutely kids love this place...Wheelchair accessibility: YES... There is NO DINE-IN here... You can eat the Custard on site, but there are limited benches to sit on other than in your vehicle or take it home...“

“The service here is great. I've never come in on a full day though. I've looked at other Chinese restaurants and ambiance always matters because I normally come with my kids. I like that you are sectioned off nicely with the booths and feel like you're having privacy. The food is good. I normally get the sweet & sour chicken and orange chicken, which come with steamed rice. I usually get some sushi too. The "spicy" sushi actually isn't too spicy which is great because I don't eat very spicy food. I can handle mild and medium. None of the dishes seem to surpass that tastebud threshold. One of my favorite sushi dishes is the creamy crab roll. Tasty! Their steam dumplings are also yummy. I normally order a soda but realized they have a few draft beers so I got a Blue Moon. I've only been here twice but will continue to return because I'm always satisfied!“
