“Did a drive thru order and after parking to the side to check my 2 burgers, found out that both were done incorrectly. I went inside the restaurant and spoke with manager Ramon. I explained to him what had happened, and without hesitation or delay, he re-did my order and made sure it was correct. Ramon was very polite and professional. I hope he is there the next time I visit Freddy's. Thank you Ramon!“

“I live in Richmond and was in town visiting got hungry and ate lunch. The food tasted so fresh, it actually tasted better than my Shake Shack in Richmond. Asia and the entire staff were friendly and helpful. I love this place! Thank you!

Kid-friendliness: Large place and many tables to choose from. There are plant walls to create separate seating. I believe they have crayons and a coloring sheet.

Wheelchair accessibility: Doors are wide although not automatic. Lots of room inside restaurant to move a wheelchair assisted or alone.“

“Stopped in for a late afternoon lunch with my l/o. Great ambiance, clean with ample seating. Was seated immediately. Albeit I’m not a drinker, but appeared to have a large wine selection along with a decently sized menu. Offers indoor and patio seating. Patio feels intimate although adjacent to Parking lot. Food was fairly priced…Taste wise, to be expected. Only complaint was I had to ask for refills twice and waited a bit too long for ketchup (there were only about 4 other patrons so I find it unreasonable to wait 5 minutes/have to ask for refills). To that end, I would definitely return.“

“Nice, chill location. the food was good. I ordered the 10pc wings with fries. I don't recommend getting the honey mustard sauce. it's the cost of a drink🥴, literally. Why something the same size as ranch or blue cheese costs the same as a drink (while the ranch and blue cheese don't cost extra), I'm not sure. If you're like me and don't eat ranch or blue cheese, bring your own honey mustard. other than that, I highly recommend.“
