The food was very tasteful actually for the price. I tried to eat a little bit of everything and it didn’t disappoint with the exception of the pupusas de aguacate, like nope.. don’t order if you love avocados is non existent is more of a cheese pupusa. They should implement putacos ?Parking: We had to park in the back where the dumpsters where omg, worst thing to do the trash was overflowing and it smelled horrible.
Really tasty food, generous portions, and reasonably priced too (which is hard to come by in 2024).Parking: We came at 1:15 and were fortunate enough to get a parking space - there is a lot, but the restaurant was full with roughly three open tables.

This place is a real gem. I don’t know much about Salvadoran food but the fried plantains and beans with cream were amazing. The beans were unlike anything I’ve ever had, much different from the Mexican version of refried beans and so tasty. I also had Picadera La Familiar which was grilled chicken and steak with rice and salad. The steak was very well seasoned and marinated.
