TREY, was absolutely WONDERFUL ... on this this day, my twin had just arrived in from Florida to fredericksburg. he took such wonderful care of us, my twin, my husband Justin and my oldest son Roy and my daughter HANNA . Our mother had just passed, and no tables were available but Trey wasted no time in getting us taken care of and out the door for her Service. he should be highly rewarded and is a HUGE asset to BWW. Really, enjoyed the nachos. They were delicious. Never a long wait time and waiter always checking to make sure everything is okay and if needs refills.
We decided to come eat at BWW for the first time since the pandemic and had terrible service for dinner tonight. The waitress didn't take our drink order and the hostess came back and took it. The hostess said the waitress was "preoccupied". My husband tried to order two different drinks from the bar and was told they didn't have those items anymore. When the waitress (Emma) finally took our order, we got an appetizer to start. She brought out the appetizer with no forks or napkins....read full review
