“"Taste of Istanbul" truly lives up to its name. We felt transported to an authentic "esnaf lokantası" (a traditional Turkish eatery) in Istanbul. Although I'm not a gourmet, I can confidently say that if a place brews Turkish tea deliciously, you can be sure their food is equally exceptional, and that's precisely the case here. The flavors were reminiscent of the vibrant culinary scene in Istanbul, making this restaurant a hidden gem for those seeking an authentic Turkish dining experience.Parking: after 5pm, all parking lots are free.“
“I’m photographer and I was worked National Geographic,Turkish Airlens Air France so I visited a lot place and for me best Turkish/Greek place is here in Ashburn Virginia. It’s one of my favorite places now. Their Soup and Pide is so amazing, and their lahmacun, salad are fresh and full of zesty flavor. Love the atmosphere and the team of professionals! For great serviceI appreciate. I gave them big thumbs up ?? ?Also one more detail their resturant clean and smell goodParking: Front of resturant there is a lot park space!“
“First time here. Ordered 4 appetizers which were perfect portions for 2 people. The eggplant was excellent. Calamari wasn’t what I expected as “sauté” but sauce was tasty. Restaurant is very loud so difficult to have conversation in normal speaking tone.“
“I was craving for Shawerma for a couple of days, so I decided to give it a tryFirst, I placed my order by phone, which was ready once I entered the store. Service 5/5The sandwich was nice, but I recommend replacing the bread and less lettuce. The Shawerma itself is so tasty. For the desert, I asked the seller for a recommendation, and he suggested these 2 taste so good, and do not have too much sugar but are a little bit oilyOverall nice experience“
“Delicious! I confess, I was unfamiliar with this cuisine, but I’m a new fan. We stuck to the appetizers (only because we wanted to make sure to save room for dessert). We tried each type of Samsa- fillings were generous and seasoned well. Cucumber salad (the sauce was so garlicky and good), and an array of spicy sticks. The puff tofu, baby bok choy, and beef sausage were our favorites, but we loved all we tried. I appreciated the level of heat in the oil. We each had a refreshing Doghap. I’m not normally a fan of yogurt drinks- they’re usually too rich. These were light and not overly sweet. We had chocolate baklava and Dolan cake for dessert and two pots of the aromatic Dolan Chay tea (do yourself a favor and order a pot), expertly pressed table side by our server. We appreciated the unhurried approach to service- we didn’t feel rushed and could sit and catch up. Book an early table (also appreciated that our server steered us out of the sunny section), because the room definitely filled up later. The menu has so many choices; we are excited to go back and try more dishes.Highly recommended! I am always amazed and grateful for all the diverse restaurants we have in Chantilly, and this one is a gem“
“The food was good-quality. Adanas are above-average quality, the portions were a little small for a party of 6, especially with the Lezze Mezzes for 4. The The moussaka was a bit bland. Service was decent, and were attentive to my allergies. The atmosphere was decent, but it would be nice to see some decorations from Turkey, or something that screams that you are walking in a Turkish restaurant. Place was also a bit cramped. I definitely felt like Lezzet could have more representation of a Turkish identity.“
“This is my happy place! The food is amazing. The best lamb that I had in the entire dc metro area. Tender properly seasoned and cooked. All kabobs are top quality. Same level of hospitality and food quickly every time I visits this restaurant.Parking: Plenty of free parking nearby.“
“The Baklava was the absolute best I have EVER had! I also got the Anatolian appetizer plate for 1. It was a great way to try several different foods from the region and definitely worth trying. The Ceasar salad dressing is made in house amd VERY good as well.“
