“Unfortunately I didn’t take pictures of all my food from this restaurant, but it was absolutely amazing. But I’m reviewing this because I just tasted their churros and it’s by far the best churro I’ve ever had!!!! Understand, I tried this churro after having it sit for over an hour since purchase and it’s still the best I’ve ever had. I’ve been all over this world and had churros, these are the best. Luckily I got a picture of the churro. Oh yeah, they make really good empanadas too! Handmade, fresh, made-to-order!!! I’ll be eating here often!Parking: The location is in a busy warehouse district so parking is pretty much unavailable, but it’s still worth it to go.“

“I visited the Soul Rebel food truck while in the D.C area this past summer. The Jerky-Q wings were a hit with my family. So much so I recently ordered the sauce. Shipping was quick and I put the sauce to use right away. The family loved it. I also ordered the Dat Mo’ Fiya Jerk Marinade and it went well on my grilled chicken. I’m a fan of Soul Rebel and next time I’m in Virginia, I hope to visit the food truck or upcoming physical location.“

“One of the best African Restaurants in Virginia! It had a great selection of Nigerian, Sierra Leone and more dishes. Delicious suya, perfect puff puff, best attieke, and an extremely friendly staff. Do yourself a favor and stop by and grab something yummy for your tummy.“

“We loved having SCOOPS2U for our wedding dessert. Theo was an awesome person to have as our ice cream guy. Zach was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The entire process was easy and exciting for our guests at the event. Would highly recommend them.“

“The pit beef and turkey is delicious, never had the ham. The fries are solid; the only thing keeping me from going more often is the price. It's not bad for pit beef I think; it always tends to be a bit pricey, no matter where you go. But if you do want some pit beef and want large servings of tasty meat, this is an excellent choice.“

“Who doesn't love a good grilled hot dog? I stopped by on 1/22/23. This was my second time visiting, and I have to say I really like this place - it's like a little taste of Summer backyard BBQ's in the winter. The owner loves what he does, and you can tell. He greets you with a smile, and knows his customers by name! I went with the $7 combo which comes with a hot dog with toppings of choice, fries, tots, or onion rings, and a drink. Everything is cooked to order and is piping hot. I can tell the cook listens as you are ordering because by the time I was finished paying, he was handing me my order. The hot dog was perfect, and the onion rings were crunchy and lightly seasoned to perfection. A great place to stop and grab lunch for the whole family without breaking the bank!“

“Glazey days food truck was up the street from my house and my daughter and I decided to stop by. When we arrived the line was out of control. That alone made me believe that we were about to receive some delicious donuts. To my surprise my instincts was right! From the customer service to the soft, warm tasty donuts, we will absolutely return. I had the caramel apple and my daughter ordered strawberry shortcake.“

“The shawarma sandwiches are outstanding. They come with gratuitous amounts of fresh parsley and a little pile of pickled turnips. You can make both the chicken and the beef into cheesesteaks, with feta and mozzarella, which was delicious. The fries were perfectly crispy, the hummus was rich, and the entire place smelled amazing. There is zero ambiance in this little shop tucked away in a warehouse park, but the food is stellar.“

“Shawarma House catered our daughter's wedding reception and everyone raved about the food and thought we were geniuses for catering with a food truck! It was seamless working with Ghassan from start to finish and I am so thankful for him! Communication was easy as he was always very responsive. He made providing a delicious, hot dinner to 150 guests a breeze. He had the food all prepared and with the help of his brother-in-law he served it up quickly on demand. He exceeded expectations in both service and the quality of food. Besides being an excellent cook he is honest and kind. I highly recommend Shawarma House to anyone looking for catering.“

“I knew about mofongo from having eaten at a Dominican place in Miami. It was ok. I looked at it as a cultural experience. But when we went to Puerto Rico a couple of years ago, I fell in love with the mofongo. I had mofongo almost every day even when we went to a Chinese restaurant I ordered mofongo. I bought one of those things to smush up the platanos, and I tried to make it myself. It was ok but not as good as in PR. So when I heard about a food truck serving mofongo, I had to get some. Precious and I ordered two plates of mofongo. I was mad because we had to wait so long so I was getting ready to Yelp them back to the stone age. But when we finally got the mofongo, it was worth the wait. This is just how I remembered it.It came with a little bit of salad, some protein the Puerto Rican signature sauce - ketchup with mayo. The chicken it came with was awesome, but the pork was a little overcooked.“

“Little food truck right outside the gas station. Those burritos were fat, and the quesadillas were good. The sauces were spicy, good stuff overall. I walked up to order and it only took about 10-15 minutes to receive my food. Very good stuff for sure.“
