“Great food and excellent service. The place we were seated felt a bit tight but it was manageable. The menu is amazing. The chicken kabob was delicious. The lamb Sharath was a bit bland for my taste. We ordered a chefs sampler for appetizer and everything on there is perfect and very delicious. The pita bread was a little overbaked. Overall very good experience. Would definitely go back again.“

“Hands down one of the best brunch meals I've ever had. I got the batata with toum and harissa, fried halloumi with apple compote and pistachio, and scrambled egg sandwich with grilled soujak. Ali was very attentive, noticed anytime I ran out of water or even napkins. Friendly and accommodating staff, bold ambience, and mouthwatering courses!“

“Large portion sizes and good food- one platter with an appetizer and salad was more than enough for two people. The service was warm and they sized up the servings, as well as gave us extra water and dates for iftar. Nice local spot to visit.“

If you are a local or just passing through I cannot find a single thing to complain about this one. Best saag paneer I have had in a long time.Vegetarian options: I had the Saag Paneer, which was delicious. I did not see anything vegan, though, if that is a concern.“

“Shawarma House catered our daughter's wedding reception and everyone raved about the food and thought we were geniuses for catering with a food truck! It was seamless working with Ghassan from start to finish and I am so thankful for him! Communication was easy as he was always very responsive. He made providing a delicious, hot dinner to 150 guests a breeze. He had the food all prepared and with the help of his brother-in-law he served it up quickly on demand. He exceeded expectations in both service and the quality of food. Besides being an excellent cook he is honest and kind. I highly recommend Shawarma House to anyone looking for catering.“

“Just tried this restaurant for the first time. I only had a chicken Fettouch salad, and it was possibly one of the best I have had. The vegetables were very fresh and the dressing was possibly the best I have had. It had a very subtle taste of what seemed to be pomegranate in it. The chicken pieces were very nicely flavored as well. The price was in line with most fast casual Middle Eastern eateries. Will be coming back to try the rest of their menu. The service was very nice as well.“

“I ate here with two friends after seeing the very good reviews. We were very happy with how tasty the food was. We will definitely come back. I ordered the lamb kabob with hummus, a Greek salad and pita - all yummy. The inside is plain but not crowded and not noisy. The young man who served us was pleasant, and was helpful when we asked a couple questions. You should know that the restaurant closes at 730pm (at least on Tuesdays). Much of their business is breakfast and lunch.“

“Villa Yara is such a cute place to go for lunch or dinner. The food is Lebanese and very authentic tasting. The waiters are very friendly and the atmosphere is incredible. The food is crazy expensive though, which is the only downside. It was $72 for 2 skewers of shishtawook and 3 pieces of lamb shops.“

“The shawarma sandwiches are outstanding. They come with gratuitous amounts of fresh parsley and a little pile of pickled turnips. You can make both the chicken and the beef into cheesesteaks, with feta and mozzarella, which was delicious. The fries were perfectly crispy, the hummus was rich, and the entire place smelled amazing. There is zero ambiance in this little shop tucked away in a warehouse park, but the food is stellar.“

“We made a meal of appetizers and every dish was delicious! The garlic hummus was amazing, and I loved the lebneh too. We brought selections back for our teens and they also loved them. The baklava was made fresh that day and was exquisite. If I am not mistaken, the pastry was house made too!“

“The interaction with the lady at the counter is often a cause of worry. It could be me, but her anxiety and stress levels are thru the roof all the time. It just makes me feel guilty for coming and giving them business. Honestly, this cant be good for her health.The food is scrumptious. Authentic Lebanese food to a South Asian pallette. Wont disappoint.Would go there again ... And be as gentle as possible. Yikes!“
