I wish if you advertise a giant sandwich why can't us who are cutting out bread by doing wraps can't have a giant wrap??? Instead they charge you double meat but.put it on the same size wrap if a person wants a giant why can't they have 2 regulars as that would be the same correct??? Just disappointing for Jersey Mike's not to do that or maybe they do but not the staff I met up there, Robert
The guy that was cooking the food had a very nasty demeanor. He forgot to add something to my coworker's order after the message from his coworker was relayed to add it, and when she noticed the ingredient didn't get added and nicely asked him, he starts slamming stuff around, being rough with the remake of the order so she asked for her money back and we left.

manager had a nasty attitude and was very unprofessional I asked him nicely to give me new bread after he messed up my order and added mayonnaise to my sub and instead of getting new bread employee Eric( Store manager ) scraped the mayonnaise off not knowing if I had an allergy or not and refused to replace it A very nice young lady fixed everything for me after but the entire experience overall was not enjoyable at all thanks to the store manager
