There's a lady that works the drive thru (she had purple in her hair I'm sorry I don't remember her name) and she was SO sweet. It's easy for food service workers to get grumpy when dealing with the public. Lord knows I would not be able to do it, but she was so pleasant and it's been days since I visited and I still remember our interaction. Placed a mobile online order. When I got to he window to pick up my order, I was told to pull forward. I waited at least 20 minutes and I was about to go in the store and finally an employee asked me if I had an online order and they brought it to me.
