We had pleasant conversation while I ate there. “This has become my favorite brunch spot. I meet my friends here every time we need to get together. The variety of food/tapas and how they just bring it to you and clean up as you eat. My favorite is the jam and butter, the meat flatbread, French toast, and the poached eggs! The mimosas are good too, however I recommend ordered from the cocktail menu as the champagne in the mimosa is not the best. Their espresso is the best espresso I’ve had compared to all the coffee shops. The staff is always so accommodating and have such great customer service. The vibes and decor is just so perfect too! 10/10! Highly recommend.I do go for brunch and it’s on weekends only, and you have to make reservations!“

“How did I forget to review Plaka?? Plaka is consistently amazing. Fast, delicious and friendly service every single time. I love introducing people to Plaka. The food is always fresh and tasty. Some of my favorite things are the Plaka Gyro Wrap which has Authentic Greek-style pork gyro with tomatoes, onions, tzatziki and fries inside. It's filling but you won't be in a food coma afterwards. I also love getting the plaka bowls where you can choose what you want in them. Kind of like Cava but way better.“

“I’ve been eating here since before they renovated the place, which is a while. The old spot was smaller and cozy, and the new one is much bigger, with very clean bathrooms, and nice decor. Everything in their menu is great and they are nice with substitutes. My go-to is the falafel hummus veggie pita, no provolone, jalapeño kettle chips, two oatmeal raisin cookies and a blue Powerade. Only negative thing about Moby Dick House of Kabob is they don't have chickpeas and spinach like most kabob restaurants do, which is strange because they are all famous side dishes. It's the kind of place where you can relax and enjoy your meal without feeling rushed. And the bonus is they have outside heaters that keep you warm if you want to sit outside. Food Highlights: The Chicken Kabob stole the show for me as it was very well marinated and they included bread and yogurt which was great! Portion Size: Portion sizes are pretty good here so you definitely won't leave hungry, and you might even have some leftovers to enjoy later. But I wish they included 1-2 pieces of chicken as there was a lot more rice to chicken. Price: Considering the quality and quantity of the food, I'd say the prices are reasonable especially for Tyson Area. Service is consistently good and it has a family style environment with both booths and tables. Every time I come, I get pizza so I can't vouch for anything else on the menu but I'd say their pizza is top notch for the area. The crust is thin and they are generous with the toppings in my experience. I appreciate that you can get their gyro meat on the pizzas and that is what I'd recommend you try here.“
