“The clam is an amazing place. It is comfortable, great staff and comfy seating. The clam is very reasonably priced due to there epic accomplishments withen the fine dining community. Better pizza than New Yorks best and much better cheestakes than you would find in philly. I am so amazed with this epically amazing awesome establishment. It is if God himself created a wonderful perfect fine dining establishment. If your in the area, you must dine at the clam. They have recently upgraded some of the facility to include air hocky as well as reclyners to relax absoluty greatest food establishment in Virginia probably on earth“

“We recently attended the Jackson concert at Rivers Casino in Portsmouth, Virginia, and purchased seats in Right Row D, Despite being three rows from the front and on the right, these seats provided an obstructed view that severely hindered our ability to see the show. NO SCREENS, just a Black Curtin, for the price we paid, this was incredibly disappointing. It's clear that these seats should have been sold at a much lower price, considering the poor visibility. We even have pictures to support our experience, which show the obstructed view from our seats. Rivers Casino should be ashamed of themselves for selling these tickets at such a high price without warning customers about the view obstruction. We expected much better and hope they address this issue for future events.“

“Sandwich could have had a little more pastrami. Swiss melt on the rye . Sandwich Came a little sloppy. The kitchen was not busy at all. I was the only customer at the time. Cook needs to pay more attention to detail. Presentation is everything.“

“Came to be surrounded by cats and instead was surrounded by people who just wouldn't leave us alone and were being loud. We kept standing up and walking elsewhere to get away from them and they kept following us and surrounding us and talking about inappropriate things like furries, loudly, I believe to harass us and make us feel uncomfortable being there.

Edit: Reached out to staff and they apologized and validated seeing that happen and I appreciate the way they handled things after the fact, just wish somebody did something while we were there if they saw this group of people acting weirdly towards us“

“I came from northern Virginia 3 hours away to visit Norfolk and we stopped by penguins in my opinion the mango flavor with mango pieces was the best combination out of everything.I recommend this place to everyone in Norfolk either live or visit penguins and they are way better than the slurpee at 7-11 cause they don’t have the natural fruit like penguins does.“

The staff is knowledgeable and very informative about how different foods / juices enhance overall well-being. I’ve only gotten juices, so I can only speak on that experience. Ordered a pineapple ginger, apple ginger, and a spinach / basil juice this particular day and it was flavorful. Super fresh ingredients with the perfect blend. Not too sweet and the ginger had a nice kick but wasn’t too spicy. The basil juice was great as well. Lastly, I’ve been to several juice bars and the prices are very reasonable. Obviously, quality ingredients cost, but with this cafe, the value is there and I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommended!“

“This business came up in my FB feed while visiting the Town Center area. I had not heard of it before, so as a bread lover it was a must try. I ordered online the night before received notifications when my order was ready; which was on time and let’s say that bacon, egg w/ jelly biscuit did NOT disappoint. I WILL be returning! so glad I ordered 2 plan biscuits for the road.“

“My mom and I visited this location for the first time today. It wasn't busy at all. I went to the kiosk to order the food /drinks and our order was ready within a few minutes. We ordered the two entrees with a side. My mom stated that the half turkey sandwich that she had was a little dry and she have ordered a soup with it. I ordered the half Mediterranean veggie sandwich and it hit the spot.“

“Love this coffee shop-an oasis from the military environment.
They hosted an MWR movie night with Home Alone movie and theme over the holidays. A fun, relaxed evening. Nice to take children and have night off from cooking. Was a great idea to have food from the movie too.
Coffee is decent but come for the atmosphere and brief escape from the workday“

The lady behind the register that it is her favorite smoothie because you can not go wrong with peanut butter and chocolate. She was so right because it was very good. “Last week I placed an order in store for three scones and 2 cookies. When I finally got home and checked my order, I was missing one scone. I called the store right away and spoke to James, one of the managers. He offered me a replacement, as well as 2 free bakery items, which I thought was very generous. Today I went in to collect my items, and I also bought two cookies. The counter person was very nice, and went to get the manager. He as very polite and accommodating, and took care of my order. Everything was as expected, and I left satisfied. It is refreshing to deal with a company that takes their customer satisfaction seriously. I will definitely be back soon. Thanks 😊“
