“I attended the grand opening on Saturday!I'm only taking off 1 star due to service being slow. I believe two waitresses were in rotation and we had Raven taking care of us. Us as in a party of 6!Although it was a grand opening, it took longer than usual to receive apps and cocktails. Nevertheless, this will not steer us away from this new spot, because the vibe is sexy, chill and lit at the same time.For the grand opening, a live band was performing and they were awesome! The lead singer was even working the room. Such a treat!My friends and I decided to try the cocktails and a few menu items.Items ordered: jerks flats, Mac and cheese and crab spinach dip, seafood cakes and seafood mac!Everything was delicious!I am looking forward to returning soon to try some other menu items. The steaks, porkchops, salmon... oh yes!! The menu looks very tempting.My lemon drop was on point. My husbae had crown and sprite, his was straight and a friend had an old fashioned, on point too!I highly recommend you go! They have a weekly happy hour too!Parking - we were blessed to find parking on the street. But there are parking garages nearby.Have fun and enjoy life :)“
“Celebrated a early birthday here yesterday and the experience and staff 100/100 would highly recommend food was amazing down to the security at the door very polite and welcoming and the space is beautiful got a customer for life loved every bit of it I forgot my servers name but she was amazing sweet and good energy .. you want to celebrate something go here“
“The food was good and the service and atmosphere were ok. Only had 2 people waiting and serving, and they were backed up. They charge a 15% service fee for call in takeout, that's not even through a food service like grubhub or Uber eats. So be aware.“
“Get the crispy octopus!!!! It is AMAZING!!!! I have texture food issues so was a little apprehensive but I also try everything because I know it's irrational. It was meaty not bouncy. It was incredible. Oysters were perfect! Honestly, everything we ordered down to the cappuccino with dessert was top tier, fries 10/10. Service: from the Host to the server, just awesome!!! “Came here for my wife’s birthday and booked the private room. Where do I start?? 1. Private room is amazing and sets a new standard for the area. 2. The food could not have been better. “Going to a concert in Norfolk. We happened to come upon this little restaurant. As soon as we walked in the music, the décor was stunning. Once we were seated, even though we didn't have reservations, our experience began. We had appetizers and the amount of food and the presention was out of this world. This is definitely our go to place forever in Norfolk.“

They were also nice enough to let her sample the rum barrel aged bourbon. Had they had any, that would have come home with us also.“
“This place is the bomb! We had a family event and Caroline should be voted not only the manager of the month, but of the year! Her wait staff gave us the attention and served us like we have never been served in the past from any other establishment! The food was great and served on time! “It's so hard to enjoy a restaurant as a person with a gluten allergy. Neat Bird went above and beyond to provide the best food and service. They are very allergy friendly and really go the extra mile for their guests. The GF fried chicken and flourless chocolate torte are heavenly. We also had excellent, friendly, and personalized service from our waiter, and the manager Brian. I can't praise them enough.“

There is an ample selection of tasty food and even better drinks. The staff was friendly & helpful- addressing every inquiry while choosing a mezcal. “03/03/24Had a great brunch here on Sunday. The food was fantastic. I had a Carnitas bowl with Chili and the wife Shrimp with grits. Everything was very tasty. The bloody Mary was also great. This is a must try in Norfolk Dillon was behind the bar and was very friendly and helpful. This place prides themselves and making things fresh.“

“A very unique take on Ramen dishes for sure. Great selection to try ! The spicy red curry Ramen with Chicken and the Kimchi Ramen with Chicken are two great examples. The flavors are amazing. They have a nice selection of Japanese whiskeys to choose from and Sake too! Full bar, old fashioned was very good as well. Unique desserts too. The service was stellar, they were very busy and still made us feel like we were honored guests and the waitress was super helpful and friendly.
