“Maybe it's just my thoughts or not, but I find that dining in this location is not a particularly joyful thing.They don't have the people up at the counter like in the past. You are being directed to the Walmart style of service. You are doing it yourself.I don't know why we are not jumping up and down in protest to the self-service, but it is not what is the best way to do this.Who has worked at a McDonald's and back in the day you were McDonald's and you were the reason why they came back.I was met by a nice lady who took my order, and I was happy to let her do so.But I noticed she was very annoyed with someone who also worked there. She was telling her in a very hateful manner that she was not doing it right or wrong drinks, but she was also taking orders out to people in the parking lot.I realize that we are told that DUE TO THE LACK OF WORKFORCE EMPLOYEES YOU MAY BE EXPERIENCING A LONGER WAITOf course, I can tell you that we were left short-handed many times, and we just worked harder. But we have decided that working casually is a normal thing. But it's a little bit frustrating for us who have seen the way McDonald's became the world's biggest fast food joint for decades.Anyway I enjoyed the food and yes talking to some other diners but it is not the place you experienced in your youth and it may give you a sad feeling that customer service has been taken off the list of things given to the ones who spend their money.“
“Definitely pleased with this location. Call a day in advance to order 27 sandwiches and 27 fries for my staff and clients. They took the order fast and asked what time to have it ready. Showed up at said time next morning and they had everything hot, fresh and ready! Will definitely use them again for my office.“

“Came with a huge group of people. We recieved our order fast for the group of people one of us worked at a McDonald's in MD told us how long it takes. The resturant was super clean. A nice lady named Phyllis helped us all with getting our orders.“
