“This is our usual stop but today we were taking our dog to be put down. So I went in asking for nothing other than his favorite treat which is a pup cup. The guy that helped me was a the best thing that could have happened. He immediately went to make a large pup cup after I told him what I was dealing with. Our dog had that last best treat. I can’t thank him enough and it meant the world to my wife, my dog, and myself. Can’t thank you enough for the kindness you showed today.“
“Great coffee, of course! The chestnut praline latte is a great holiday drink; I prefer it half sweet.The bathrooms need some maintenance, since the toilet we used no longer flushes automatically, and the bathroom doors were hard to open even though they were not in use.“

“Every time i visit this location, i'm greeted with a smile and a nice greeting. The staff here really do go above and beyond, and that's what you want at any business establishment that you frequent. This location's employees are always polite, professional, and very knowledgeable of the area. We (my wife and I) always inquire about what to see and/or do in the area, and the suggestions we've been given have always been enjoyed! It's comfortable, usually quiet, always clean, and just a great spot to enjoy your coffee that you just purchased to your liking. Don't forget to tip! ??Parking: Parking can sometimes be difficult because of the high amount of traffic at this location......... especially with a very nice bar right next door! Also, the hospital is very close.......so that adds to the frequency of visitors here as well.“
“My go to place whenever I need caffeine. They have so many options so it's guaranteed that u will find something you will like. Yes the prices are high but the quality's amazing. When I'm on my way to work or just shopping I always pick one up through there helpful app that lets you pre-order! And the app also lets you customize your drink to your liking so if you like mocha or a extra shot of espresso you can put it in your drink. Or if your lactose intolerant or mil sensitive you can substitute milk for almond milk! I love Starbucks you should to, try it sometime!“

“I went to Starbucks today to get a coffee and I was immediately helped by a young man named Caleb. Caleb did a fantastic job with making sure my drink was exactly how I wanted it to be. Although Caleb did I great job, I did not feel welcomed in there. There was a short brown headed lady in there who kept Turing around to purposely stare at me and kept giving me dirty looks. I was the only one in the store at the time. I was so relieved when Caleb finished my drink and I could leave the judgmental environment. Caleb was the only one making the drinks, danishes, and working the register as the other two employees were just standing around. Thank you Caleb for being a rockstar and making my day! ✌??“
“I know that they are short staffed and at times closed and no it is not a full service but I have always enjoyed the convenience while shopping and I commend almost every employee for their servitude and friendliness. I dropped my drink out in the parking lot and they made another without question. Coffee wise some baristas here are excellent! Some not as much but truthfully every Starbucks I have been to in this area is the same! But I never have to wait in line that long either...“
“I don't get to go in very often. Always use the drive through. The drive through staff here are fantastic. Super friendly... always up for a quick chat. Always remember my name when they see me in the camera. It's a great break in the day to have people just be nice....and not just because it's a job. They are truly nice people.“
