“Love the cut of beef Ingle serve - premium and high end. While they don't provide an extensive menu of Korean dishes, what they offer are very good. Their beef fried rice is the best of most restaurants I've been to.”

“Exceptional Service. Culinary Excellence. Our dining experience at JOON was extraordinary, made even better by the exceptional service from our server, Yacine. His thoughtful recommendations, warm demeanor, and perfectly timed attentiveness made for an unforgettable evening. Even as the restaurant got busier, Yacine maintained his focus on us— a warm and welcoming touch that elevated the entire experience. Thank you! As fans of Persian cuisine and frequent shoppers at Yekta Market in Rockville— having recently tried our hand at making Persian dishes like Fesenjan at home— coupled with all of the culinary accolades— we had high expectations for JOON. It not only met but exceeded them. Mast-o Musir, yogurt dish with Persian dried shallot and rose petal, was exceptional— more elevated and nuanced than any we’ve had. The mushroom Khoresht stew with white truffle was another highlight, offering perfectly balanced flavors something hard to do with white truffles and a satisfying richness, complemented by the perfectly crunchy Tahdig, iconic golden rice crust. The braised lamb shoulder which Yacine suggested was the undeniable highlight of the meal I which each dish was excellent. Tender and flavorful, it was paired beautifully with texture. It’s a signature dish that rivals the best we’ve ever had, bringing to mind the legendary Bo Ssam pork shoulder from David Chang’s Momofuku— bold, unforgettable, and expertly prepared. The Gormeh Sabzi, short rib stew with its delicious sour depth, was excellent but couldn’t quite match the lamb’s showstopping brilliance. Two very minor points. While the food and service are exceptional, the main dining room lighting would benefit from dimming. A water filtration water system could make a big difference as well. JOON has firmly secured its place as a must-visit dining destination for us. We can’t wait to return and explore more of the menu.”
“We've dined at Patsy's American on several occasions and consistently appreciate the quality, service and atmosphere.”

“Fantastic food cooked by award winning chef Roberto Donna. Welcoming owner and friendly atmosphere. Our seafood calamarata and shrimp rice risotto were outstanding.”
“Doesn't disappoint from walking in to finished meal. Classic Italian, top notch service, worth every dollar spent.”

“Such a wonderful hole in the wall. The lady running the register was so kind - ended up giving me a free soda out of the kindness of her heart and kindly retrieving me from outside when my food was ready for pickup. Their General Tso’s was perfect even after eating it after getting home.
A small and very clean operation with really good food and service. Will be coming back many times, again, in the future! Do not miss out on this place!”
“Delicious Food, Divine Wine, Lovely Evening! We shared appetizers, desserts & wine while we visited this wonderful restaurant!”
“I Love the Barns; Great spot for Winter Concerts. Acoustics are wonderful. HOWEVER… What’s with the Chairs? Coming to see Del McCoury but I don’t see any standing/dancing area. This is the Barns of WolfTrap that used to be open area, correct? Filene is the Seated Venue.”

“It took me years to find a good ramen and sushi place, this place is the best! The owner is so sweet and welcoming, can’t find customer service like what she give anymore. My husband and I make it a point to god every month or two, you always get quality. As being spoiled by NY and NJ for several years we’re picky but this is our spot.”
“I got bored of eating Chinese food, but this place is incredible, food taste soo good, totally different from other restaurants i have try. Is a small business but to takeout is perfect. I have try almost every dish of this place, and what can i say, is all tasty. Love this place.”
“Looking for authentic Thai cuisine in Vienna? 🇹🇭🍛 Look no further than Thai Mom! They use fresh ingredients and strike the perfect balance of flavor and spice. If you're craving real Thai food that feels like a home-cooked meal, this is the place to go. Highly recommend! 🌶️✨”
“Sakura Grill is a fantastic spot for hibachi — the chefs are entertaining, the portions are generous, and everything from the steak to the seafood is cooked perfectly. The lively atmosphere makes it a great choice for birthdays, family gatherings, or a fun night out with friends.”

“Brian R. was very helpful when I called in to ask about my order and he was very nice and helpful and listened to everything I had to say. HE DESERVES A RAISE A.S.A.P. and also thank you to Ryan C. for making my order as well with great quality‼️‼️ 10/10 great WAWA‼️‼️”
“Your standard McDonald's experience. They've got a drive-thru that moves pretty quickly and a dining area that's usually pretty empty. The only problem I have at this location is they can never get my mobile code to work. Which is pretty frustrating when you want to redeem your points for some free food, but for whatever reason just can't.”
“Chef Tan Chinese Restaurant is situated at Danor Plaza, near Maple Avenue in Vienna, VA, serving authentic and flavorful Hunan cuisine with well-balanced flavors. Its exterior is modest, but the interior offers a spacious, modern ambiance with friendly service. The restaurant boasts a diverse menu and generous portions. I appreciate discovering a Chinese eatery that serves traditional dishes, avoiding westernized or Americanized variants that tend to be overly sweet.
Some dishes we loved and highly recommend:
1. Steamed pork dumplings, truly homemade with authentic flavor.
2. Pressure-cooked pork belly: tender, juicy, and mildly spicy.
3. Iron plate Mongolian beef: similar to Korean bulgogi but less sweet and saucy—very good!
4. General Tso’s chicken: a classic dish with chicken balls in a subtly sweet and mildly spicy sauce.
5. Pumpkin seafood tofu soup: sizable enough to share, with balanced flavors from pumpkin and seafood that weren’t overpowering
6. Fried rice: among the best in Northern Virginia, with a deep, savory flavor from stir-fried onions.”
“We've enjoyed team lunches here and have constantly been impressed by the authentic flavors. A great spot for a quick, satisfying meal near the office.”
Takeout Restaurants
“This store is now a Vienna staple. It's a family run business, always clean on the inside, and always makes consistently good smoothies. Shazia and her team always make you feel welcome, and it feels good to support their business. My entire family goes there many times per week, and it's always a great experience.”
“Just listen to the crispy sound!
Ordered 10 pc plain wings and half chicken with supreme sauce. They did fantastic job on both orders.
The wings. Crispy outside, juicy inside. Piping hot. We had it yesterday. My gf is already saying we need to go back to get the wings again.
Now, the supreme...
Supposed to be garlicy, overly sweet, slightly spicy, almost creamy from white mayo sauce, and most importantly soaked in the sauce. They nailed it and have it exactly the way I remember it from my childhood in the 90s. Other establishments of Cheogajip generally do a decent job but often go easy on the sauce and kind of ruins the whole point of this particular recipe imo. Not enough sauce applies to other popular franchieses these days too. But not here. 200% satisfied with how they prepared it 🙂🙂
Never expected to find a chicken place that would bring me nostalgia in VA. Will probably go here at least once a month.”
“Taco Bamba was playing some rocking music when we ordered our Tacos on a great fall day. The portions are reasonable and not huge. Flavor instead of large size, with several tasty dressings you choose yourself, after preparation. The quesadillas with carne asada were packed with flavor and quality sear.”
““Absolutely delicious! The sushi was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The staff was friendly and attentive — definitely my new go-to sushi spot”
“This is our new special occasion dining spot. Food was amazing and service was great!”

“I have been coming here for burgers for years and it never disappoints. The atmosphere is relaxed and the team is always friendly. The sweet potato fries are perfectly crispy and pair wonderfully with their flavorful red Thai curry mayo. I recently tried the February special, the carne asada burger, and it was absolutely amazing. Every visit feels like a treat!”
“Had read some mixed reviews but we gave it a shot and we were greatly impressed! We called ahead for our party of 10 and they had our reservations ready and accommodated us nicely. The service was excellent and the food was fantastic. Our party ranged from age 14 to 55, some loved Thai and some had never tried it. There was something for everyone to enjoy on the menu. Plus, it was very reasonably priced. We had a large party and it didn't break the bank, as they say. Great food and comradery was had by all! I don't normally write reviews, but again, I was impressed. Definitely recommend!”
“I only do take out since I’m in college but everytime I have gone in staff have been kind and welcoming. I like that her staff has an eclectic vibe.
I love coffee in general and the food, can be a bit expensive but pretty normal in comparison to Starbucks coffee. I live really close to here and eat here pretty often.
I like how strong the coffee is and the option that I can have lunch food at breakfast if I want.
I love their chicken pesto sandwich and I like that they served this with fruit and not potatoes (which is most often with other breakfast locations).
When we first moved to this area we did meet the owner like many others. She was kind and welcoming when many others have not been.
Thanks for all the coffee guys! Haha”
“Is the best Mexican food i ever tried. I used to eat from cava 3 or 2 time a week. I recommend the place if u didnt tried it u have something wrong in ur life :D one more thing after u put all your toping end it with Lemon tahini dressing yummy yummy no regretting”
“I couldn't be more happy with the courtesy and professionalism of all the people at Honda of Tysons Corner: my salesperson Marco Hurtado, the finance guy Derek Nguyen, and sales manager Sal Siddiqui. With my beloved Mercedes declared a total loss in the torrential rains when I went back to New York a few weeks ago, they worked with me over the phone and online, and finally in person, to put me in a perfect replacement (yes, a perfect replacement even for an E-350)...the new Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L. The way Honda does a hybrid is a revelation! Marco even helped me out of a big mistake that I almost made on another vehicle. So here's my review: Great car...great guys...five stars. (And one more thing: You can avoid the traffic and get there on the Washington Metro. The Spring Hill station is right outside.)”
“Yama is my go to sushi spot in Vienna. The sashimi is very fresh and they have the niche non sushi items (cold soba) that not every sushi restaurant has on the menu. I always have a good meal at Yama.”
“This place is a great neighborhood bar for craft beers and good vibes. Rosemary the bartender is very nice and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this bar if you are in the area!”
Cheap Eats
“This hidden gem needs to be FOUND by everyone! Met one of the owners, Mark, in Pazzo Pomodoro recently who told me about Nozzo Pazzo. I have since fallen in love with their sandwiches the Bugs Bunny and the Green Arrow wraps (vegan) which I return to get regularly. Then found out they also do breakfast! After Mark described how they make the French toast, I couldn’t stop thinking about it! I had it this morning, and believe me it is melt-in-your-mouth perfection. The place is so beautifully set up, and the tunes playing over the speakers were equally awesome! An absolute must try!”
“The quality of ingredients is consistently high, and the variety of options ensures there's something for everyone. What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional service. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and efficient, making the entire experience a joy. Whether you're a regular or a first-timer, you'll feel welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommended!”
“I am thrilled to share my experience with Tango Pastry, a true gem in the world of pastries and delicious treats! From the moment you step into their café, the ambiance is warm and inviting, creating the perfect setting to savor their delectable pastries. Tango Pastry's dedication to delivering top-notch quality and excellent service is evident. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to guide you through their mouthwatering selections. I can't wait to join them for their Grand Opening! I highly recommend Tango Pastry to anyone seeking a delightful pastry experience. Trust me; your taste buds will thank you, and you'll be eager to return for more of their scrumptious delights.”
“I was at the paisonos in Vienna,VA couple on Sunday Sept 11th and the lady who works the front think her name is Allison she is very respectful and polite. She deft is a hard worker and I'm so glad she is working there.. last time I eat there was in May and I wasn't happy with the customer service but I'm gonna tell you y'all need to keep her there I hope she is a manager if not she needs to be.me and my family sat in to eat she asked us multiple times did we need any, asked how our food was she even cleaned out mess up when she didn't half to..way to go paisanos about time you guys got decent people taking orders . I listened to the way she answered the phone she is definitely professional.. the way she spoke to her customers was amazing she even helped a elderly woman bring her food to the car for her and open and s*** the woman door . I'm so amazed about her.. one more thing I even heard how she was speaking to the other workers asked them was they ok and that they are doing a good job.. see we definitely need more people like her in this environment.. great job Allison!!!!! Please give her a recommendation because when I come back I'm gonna ask her .. you will definitely get my business atleast two or three times a week”
“The dishes are even cleaner tasting and less salty than before, and we love the new chicken wonton soup. The chefs have creatively used spices and ground halal meat to recreate pork dishes. Great for those who eat halal but also for those who don't want to feel bloated after a Chinese meal. We loved the chicken broccoli and moo shoo and will be ordering again for this healthier take on American Chinese food.”
“Great sushi, friendly staff, and pretty ambiance. Definitely recommend!”
“The best Indian food place in the entire DMV area. The most flavorful food around. Our favorite dishes are Chicken 65, Chole Bhature, and Butter chicken. Mango Lassi is delicious as well. The inside is decorated very tastefully, and the staff is super friendly.”
“We had lunch here with our family and small kids. Everyone was so friendly and caring and the food was great and amazing service. Highly recommend.”

“To start with Shamshiry in Tysons is still halal except for their steak. I asked them and they reconfirmed. I am sure a lot of you have been to Shamshiry , and their food has not changed since forever and it’s always so flavorful. I also love their newly renovated restaurant, it give such a nice feel to the experience. As always, the restaurant was full as usual and we added our name to the que. The new change is, this time they gave us a buzzer, something that I would love all the Muslim establishments have. It makes wait looks more reasonable. While we waited I saw live grilling from their kitchen which is in the wait area. The kitchen looked clean and the staff seem to look happy and enjoying what they do. After about 20-25 minutes wait our buzzer went off and we were promptly seated. We all love their Kubeida Kabob (Beef skewers) and every individual in the family ordered that. We also got cokes and small pitcher of Doogh. While we waited for our food, complimentary fresh baked breads (Roti) with butter, and spicy chutney was served. My boys love making the bread sandwich, by spreading butter, adding samak and a few drops of olive oil with a hint of spicy chutney and making it to a roll. While we enjoyed the self made rolls our food came out in a timely manner. Kubeidas were freshly made and the flavor was amazing like always. It was moist and juicy. If you like Doogh this is the place to get it. They make fresh Doogh with perfection in house. The wait staff was not readily available as the restaurant was full, but always responded back when asked for help. Shamshiry not only upgraded their restaurant but overall experience. Instead of serving pre-made bread they now bake their own bread. The wait buzzer is a good addition as well as it reduces the crowd near the counter. The water bottles are with the restaurant name engraved. It’s a nice blue bottle and for some reason the water tasted crisper. It might be in my head. The food is always on point and I’ve never had bad food there since 2006. If you haven’t been to Shamshiry lately, give it a shot. Be ready for long wait and not the best service, but the food is gonna make up for it. For all you bathroom lovers, you may not wanna come out of it, nicely upgraded with upgraded no touch faucet and dryer with real towels to wipe hands.”
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - I have always had great experiences at Bear Branch Tavern, but today I had Ash and Maria as my server and bartender. They were fantastic. I could not recommend them enough. Every time I go back I am going to try and get Ash as my server. 10/10 experience, 10/10 food. Will definitely be back.”

“We had such a great meal and experience at Bing Bing Dumplings (formerly Panda) in Vienna! The place is super cute inside with fun panda décor...cozy, clean, and great for families. The owner and her family are so kind and welcoming, she even showed us how the dumplings are made while we waited!
The dumplings are incredible. They're huge, packed with delicious filling, and clearly homemade. Portions are generous and everything tastes fresh and flavorful. The cucumber salad was bright and refreshing too. Ordering on the tablet is easy, with photos to help guide you.
It’s the perfect spot for a quick, satisfying meal after running errands on Maple Ave, between kids’ sports, or just to enjoy delicious food made with love. Definitely a new Vienna favorite; we can’t wait to go back!”
“We are long term supporters of Vivi. After the Eden location was closed we decided to give this location a try. We were very impressed by the friendly associate Beni who was working hard to make us happy. She was working by herself and had no trouble joggling with cleaning, handling transactions and making our food. We will definitely be back!”
