Simply the best chicken in town without question. So good that after my first visit to pick up Sunday dinner I ate there again on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Since then we go at least once a week. I started with the whole chicken dinner (I recommend starting there) and then tried the tacos. Each of the 3 tacos that came with the meal had a minimum of a whole shredded chicken breast. Just writing this is making me hungry. Some other reviews mention poor communication (They are Peruvian), cheap take out boxes, paper plates and plastic utensils as a negative. Ignore those reviews. Their focus on quality directed to their food, simplicity, and cleanliness. 5 Star Chicken - Not ambiance.

“The food here is truly spectacular – every dish is flavorful and well-prepared, making this one of my favorite spots. The location is also convenient for me, which is a bonus. However, I had a frustrating experience with my most recent order.

On October 27, 2024, I placed an order online. When my son and I arrived to pick it up, we found the store closed. A gentleman came to the door and explained that they were short-staffed that Sunday and had decided to close for a deep clean. He acknowledged the receipt of my order, assured me he’d contact management to issue a refund, and promised they’d handle it soon. I appreciated his transparency and patience in handling the situation.

“The chicken tenders & chicken sandwiches are GIANT! My favorite spot in VB to get Crawfish (usually 2-3 pounds when I go), but I get them really spicy, so make sure to let them know to make it how Mike likes it! lol. They often have DJ's on weekends, Karaoke on Thursdays, and NFL game days they have crazy specials (99¢ wings & shrimp, $3 beers & wells!) This is the spot I always recommend to out of towners. Don't forget to write your name on the wall in chalk, it's part of the experience! Cheers and enjoy VB!“

“What a splendid experience! The best dining experience I have ever had in all my life. I was personally greeted by staff members upon my arrival. I was treated like a king. I was treated like royalty. I might be a regular person, but while I was in that restaurant I felt like I resided in the Royal Palace in England itself. Except for the fact that the food I received was so much better then whatever dish the finest chefs in the royal palace could possibly conceive. It was my understanding that Chick fil a prides themselves on customer service, and I became sure of that today. The food was indeed delightful. My meal was splendid! and the experience was fantastic as well. As soon as I bit into that crispy chicken tender, a teardrop fell from my eye. It was unlike anything I had every tried before, and unlike anything I will every try again (unless of course I happen to stop by the Chick-Fil-A 877 Parkway Plaza location once again, which I am sure I will.) It was a great experience. After I left the restaurant, I called my whole family to tell them of this marvelous time I had at Chick-Fil-a. Even my family on the west coast is flying over as I type this review to try it for themselves. I am certain they will not be disappointed. We had visited Virginia Beach and were ready to make the trek back to northern VA. After getting gas, we wanted to use the vacuum to remove the sand we had accumulated. Dropped a few quarters in the machine to find out the machine didn’t work. Went in to notify the manager to find out the staff
(Rose and Mehlani) are the best! We were refunded and tried the vacuum near the car wash. Dropped a few quarters, and the other vacuum didn’t work. Came back and was refunded with no issues.

The vacuum stated no refund, yet Rose wanted to take care of the issue. Mehlani wanted to know the specific vaccuum to place an “out of order” sign.
