“We loved eating here. Carnitas platters with plantains was excellent. Seafood enchiladas were amazing! We don't live here, but we will go out of our way to come back. Best Mexican restaurant for 100 miles!Kid-friendliness: Very good kids menu“
“Imma be honest, when me and my partner came here we were just going on a drive around town cause I was pretty high and that’s when we saw it. “Shady Lady Seafood” a seafood food truck placed perfectly when I needed it most. I got the XL shrimp with mild seasoning and I gotta say that it was some of the best shrimp I’ve ever had in my life (and I’ve had a lot of shrimp) don’t let the location throw you off! They have great seafood for very good prices, they also have frozen stuff that you won’t find at down at that their martins. I highly recommend you try some seafood from here if your in the area!“
“Wonderful experience at this Carrabba's. Our host Sean, and our waiter Patrick were outstanding, as was the food. Thank you Sean for your attention to detail, and "southern hospitality". We'll be back. My salmon was spot on. Menu suggestions by Patrick were very helpful. See you soon.Jim and Linda from NY.“
“We over-ordered! I got shrimp for 6 which turned out to be a 40-piece fried, and a small catfish basket. Although we tried to finish it and not waste the wife and I threw the towel in. The restaurant has no lemons which killed the vibe. The food was atomic hot and fresh but lacked the flavor I am used to from down south. The pre-packaged cocktail and tartar sauces were what you would expect from a package.“
“Best Mexican in the area. The consome that comes with the birria tacos/quesabirria is insanely good. Sweet, delicate, very beefy. Mix some with your beans and rice, and dip chips in it! The tres leches is also absurdly good. I will be going again and again and again and… you get the picture. Don’t hesitate!“
“I can't figure out why this business doesn't have more stars. We eat Mexican a lot and this place is a gem. Great food and great service. Not your run of the mill Mexican eatery. All the the food was hot and delicious. The margaritas were excellent. We stopped here for the first time on our way home from a trip north, but this restaurant is now number one on our list of places to eat at on our frequent trips up north from SW Virginia. We got married in Winchester and I wish we'd known about Los Toltecos then because we'd have celebrated there.“
“Our waitress Sharon was Great and fast very good. Food was great hot and no wait, the only thing I wouldn't do again is order the all you can eat shrimp it's not worth it $25 when you order more they only bring 4 at a time but anyway the food and service was “
“The food was really good and we had fun with our cook. Everything was flavored well. The ginger sauce was a bit salty though. The soup that came out with the salad was really good. It did take a bit of time for our chef to come over and begin but it was worth the wait. The restaurant is a bit smaller than other hibachi places I’ve been to but we were seated quickly so no complaints. I will certainly come back with my family.“
“Wonderful service from such kind people! My friends and I thought everything was good.I will say the more deep Southern/coastal ones of the bunch preferred the BBQ they have at home, but I loved mine fried chicken and ribs!We collectively loved the potato salad and collards. Those the Mac and cheese and fried apples were decent too. Cornbread was a bit dry.But the bakery?! I got a lemon bar to go and I was in love. Too bad I was just visiting. I'd love to come back!“
