Best boba in town! Cute area, staff are kind. The hours inconsistency have resulted in what my niece calls a "boba famine" ? we are hoping for more open hours after the long break.
The pork lemongrass Bahn-mi Sandwich was very good. Vegetables were very fresh, pork was flavorful and the bread was great. Bigger than I expected. Could have a little more fillings to bread ratio but overall was very satisfied and would go back again. It was very clean and nice inside, no qualms with service.

Decent place to get a quick Banh Mi sandwich to go.Bread was a bit too big, ingredients were perfect.Bubble tea was a bit watery and didnt pack much taste, small amount of tapioca bubbles.
