“This breakfast taco was the first real food I ate after giving birth and it was heavenly. Ate a lunch taco there today and it was just as delicious. Super friendly people. Haven’t had burritos this yummy since living in southern California.“
“Lunarium is a cozy spot any tea lover will appreciate. Simply put, they do tea well and for any night owl this is the place to go in Spokane. Study, read, surf tik tok; whatever way you chill Lunarium has the space and tea for you. I dare you to challenge the staff's knowledge! Overall, 10 out of 10 experience every time.Parking: Leave room for Baskin Robins but you shouldn't have trouble getting a space here.“
“I don’t want to be rude and leave a 1 star review so I’m still marking 5 stars ⭐️ but this morning we got the wrong size coco and our bacon breakfast sandwich wasn’t given to us. I tried calling. Nobody answered. I was so late I couldn’t come back.“
“The coffee is good, very good, but the draw here really is that it is in the The Saranac Commons. That means you can enjoy your coffee in a nice wide open space while eating a pastry or a slice of pizza.. Service was friendly, though the attention to the drink means waiting a bit.“
“most excellent crepes. berries crepe is soooo good...the cream dollop on top is super num. Coffee is very tasty. atmosphere is cozy..think they are trying for the community vibe so there are alot of shareable tables for introverts to practice getting out of their comfort zone, if that doesn't Suite you, there is outdoor seating with a view of a park. located in a friendly neighborhood that feels safe. staff has always been super friendly.“
“Such a good coffee shop! We are latte junkies and loved this place. The espresso was rich, but not bitter. The milk was like velvet. They have several flavors and breakfast items to choose from, but you can’t go wrong with a a latte from here.“
“Indaba on Riverside is my favorite coffee spot in Spokane! I’ve made it my Friday morning ritual for great coffee, amazing cookies (from Made With Love Bakery), and a wonderful atmosphere great for working, chatting, or just sitting and enjoying every sip and bite. Every barista I’ve had there makes the drink with a mindful presence towards their craft as if they’re striving to make the perfect drink each and every time…quality is their priority above anything else which I appreciate.“
“I love the London Fog and cookies from Boost! The Servers are always amazing and are learning what I like. Everyone is so nice and friendly I rather go here than anywhere else, I’m glad it’s close. Sometimes I ask my hubby to go multiple times a day to get a London Fog for me. Thanks so much!“
“Nutella ice cream to die for. Mud pie ice cream amazing. Waffle cones called birthday cake cones, so good! Cute interior with amazing live plants and decorations. They share a place with a bagel shop, separate review coming for that (also good). In a quiet and cute little neighborhood.“
“My sister’s friend owns this place. I’m not a coffee drinker. I’ve been here twice this week and tried different drinks. I love the selection. The atmosphere is so cute. Customer service is great even when it’s busy. I would definitely go here before the chain places.“
“What a cool concept. I only stopped by the boba tea section because that's what I was in the mood for. I wasn't sure what to get and the person working said their chai is really good. I was skeptical, but love chai so was willing to try. Yes, she was right, it was one of the best, if not the best, I've had. Can't wait to go back, maybe I'll go to the tasting room next time.“
“We were honored to partner with First Avenue Coffee to launch our alcohol-free pop-up event business, Diversion Events! Doyle and Carri were flexible, passionate, and welcoming hosts. Their staff is creative, talented, and tireless. The space is immaculate and perfect for an event. The mocktail menu is impeccable and sourced beautifully, not mention their regular food and drink options. Basically, they approach all they do with excellence, and it shows. We are now life-long fans of First Avenue Coffee and forever grateful to them!“
“Kind, friendly, and welcoming staff who are always so ready with a smile and drink suggestions!! Absolutely love the decor, art for sale, and music. The take bulldog bucks, offer lots of great deals, and are a regular study spot for my friends and I. Come visit! :)Dietary restrictions: Milk alternatives don’t cost extra!“
“How have I never been to Queen of Sheba before? I’m looking forward to returning in the future. There is a ton on the menu and the spices/quality of food is amazing. The combo platters are designed for two and we both left full. Highly recommend.“
“One cannot make or get a better cup of coffee. The espresso is just simply the finest roast of the finest beans brewed perfectly. Nothing here is less than perfect. Buy the beans and make the best cup of coffee you ever could at home or on a trip. If you don't try this coffee one way or another, a small part of your life is unlived!“
“I continue to enjoy the consistency of product and culture for which Roast House is known. Their primary roasting facility on East Cleveland in Spokane is centrally located and my preference for whole bean purchase, but other outlets like My Fresh Basket are great go-to's after normal business hours.“
“Delicious food for breakfast and lunch and also good service. Enjoy coming here with family. Definitely recommend it.Dietary restrictions: They have oatmilk for coffee for lactose intolerant.Kid-friendliness: They have stuff that kids like to eat.“
“Love the old brickwork inside. There’s a Variety of seating options: bar stool, couches, table & chair. The Big windows in front allow for lots of sunlight to come in. It’s a neat atmosphere with the large bean-roaster in the back. They have specials for you to save money too :)“
“Went in late on a Friday evening, bought a Carmel apple pie with the intention of bringing some home to share, and ended up eating the whole thing it was so dang good! Place is quiet and staff is very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommend! Much better than birdies pies, better price, better size and all around much better pie!!“
“Visiting Spokane and like coffee? Can’t miss this coffee shop. Loved their blend so much, that I ended up buying their beans.Their Pesto Cheese Baguette is soooo gooood! Ask for the toasted version, it’s really toasted - no microwaving or pressed sandwich substitute.Vegetarian options: They have a pesto cheese baguette which worked for vegetarians in our group.“
“I manage the Carhartt store downtown. A customer and I were talking about how we love to support local and love mom and pop type places. She recommended this place to me so I went and got lunch there today! Turkey Pesto special WOW! In addition their shop has a wide selection of grab and go as well. I got to meet Cody and Danielle! They were awesome and super friendly. I’m glad I discovered the place“
“The absolute best! Kind service! Handcrafted yummy drinks with homemade syrups! Delectable foods…like addictive! Atmosphere is quite chill! Prices are chill too!Dietary restrictions: Dairy free and vegetarian!Parking: 15 spots + 2 handicap next to an even bigger lot with a 1min walk.Kid-friendliness: My 3yr old loves it here!Wheelchair accessibility: Super Easy!“
“Best Dutch Bros staff anywhere of all the Dutch Bros I have ever been to. They are customer service rockstars. I have great respect and report with so many of your employees at this location. They always go above and beyond with an enthusiastic vibe. I look forward to meeting them in the morning before work. No matter how I show up.. I always leave happy and inspired for my work day. The drinks are consistently delicious and made the same way every time! Much appreciated… way to go team you really work together and with passion for coffee your company and community of whom you serve on the daily. Your under appreciated but know I see you all and thankYou all with great grace that you show up to work with an amazing attitude to serve with kindness and efficiency to every single customer.. love and Light,LindzayDietary restrictions: Ton of sugar-free optionsKid-friendliness: Kid choices that win“
“Less is more at Made with Love Bakery. The building is small, but cozy. The coffees and baked goods are flavorful but not too sweet. Their selection is limited but focused. Very friendly staff and in a charming neighborhood location. Give it a visit if you're in the area!“
“Signature cocktails=bombBartender is hilarious, makes super yummy drinks and knows how to keep a place poppin. Bijou is a place I will definitely find my self coming back to especially for Monday night open MIC! Thanks for the great experience, love your niche <3“
“The coffee is excellent and so are the people serving it! Such a welcoming and friendly place. Try their Nettleton drink (caramel mocha) - it’s particularly delicious, whether served hot or iced!! We also love that they have the small round ice for iced drinks.“
“Love donut parade, owner is real nice and great with kids. Would recommend coming in periodically until you get a chance to meet him. Donut Parade is obviously his pride and joy, he accepts every kind of feedback and has secret intel on new things/old things making a comeback.“
“Always my go to place for coffee! One day I was in line & told Sienna to surprise me. Best drink ever and it’s now my go to order. Couldn’t ask for a better barista. She’s kind-hearted with a big smile and makes my drink phenomenal every time!“
“It’s pricey but you get massive portions, and service is quite quick even though it was busy when we went. Our waiter, Ian, was very attentive and thoughtful. We brought our 20 month old and he was always checking in on us and making sure we had everything we need. They gage us an activity sheet with free crayons which we appreciated. When she dropped it, Ian picked it up and even asked us if she could have the floor crayon back before giving it to her. High attention to detail and high regard for the customers wants and needs. 10/10 would return.“
“Today I say goodbye to my all time favorite baristas Alex she is moving out of state I will sure miss seeing her cheerful happy presence will miss ya chica safe travels she wrote a lil note on the kids today that’s says much love such a sweet young gal we will miss ya here in Spokane at the best coffee shop around“
“All the ladies that work here are amazing. I found out about this stand when my favorite gal from a different stand started here. After my first visit almost two years ago, this is my main stand now. They haven’t raised their prices much, unlike all the other stands around here. Ladies keep up the great work!!“
“I've found my third favorite spot after home and work. It's time to bid farewell and express my gratitude. Thank you for the excellent service that I was accustomed to in my home country but couldn't find in this city except at Ladder Coffee.Special thanks to the manager for assembling such a fantastic team. Big thanks to the girls, especially Kira and Daniela, who always greeted me warmly and serving the best espresso and cold brew in Spokane. Take care!“
“This place gets five stars because of their MOCHAS. They are the best mochas you can get, because they are made of their own chocolates, and you can order milk, semi-sweet, or bittersweet! The bittersweet mocha has such good actually DARK chocolate flavor. As for their chocolates, they are good as well, but definitely a bit pricey. One thing I appreciate though is that their chocolate is soy-free! My husband can't have soy and almost all chocolate products contain soy lecitin. They use sunflower if I recall correctly.“
“Oh my goodness, you won't believe the incredible experience I had at the coffee shop today! The barista was simply amazing - so friendly, chatty and knowledgeable about the menu. She recommended their famous chai tea and I couldn't resist. It was absolutely mind-blowing! But wait, there's more... she also let me in on a little secret that they're soon switching to a new brand. Imagine the possibilities! While I was already there, I decided to indulge in their Bean & Pie, loaded with fresh strawberries & rhubarb. And need I say more? It was pure heaven on my palate! @beanandpie @newlovecoffee_ 1102 W Summit Pkwy Unit 102 Spokane, WA 99201“
“I've always loved Kitty Cantina and the opportunity to play with all of the kitties. The food and drinks are always good and the kitties make for a fun environment. I love that the Cafe has completely separate air circulation from the cat room - my friend that's allergic to cats was able to dine without a problem. The greatest part about Kitty Cantina is the way they adopt out the cats. I recently adopted a little one from them and I was able to see my cats personality in this environment. In a traditional shelter environment you don't get the same experience. I have to believe that this formula ensures a greater record of adoption success than the traditional shelter.“
“Love it every time I come here. Nate is always here too (give him a day off jeeze) and he’s always so nice to help me and my girlfriend out and always remembers us. The atmosphere is always so welcoming and nothing but TOP tier service. Highly recommend the bacon potato quiche if they have it in as well always my go to.“
“LOVE THIS LITTLE GEM! It's VERY small, only a few seats. (But there is outside seating for when the weather is nice.) They make incredible cocktails, including HOT cocktails!! They also have several different varieties of bitters, I believe they are made by the owner..(?) It has a very eclectic vibe, yet super chill-almost like you're hanging out in a friend's "Man-cave" or "She-Shack"! Oh, and did I mention that they FRESH SQUEEZE juice for your cocktails! UH-HUH! YA, GO!! I affectionately call it the "Bougie-Bijou"!“
“Friendly staff and owners. Both locations are so cute. Their baked goods are amazing, as well as their cafe options too! Even have GF options. Ideal for studying or coffee dateI ordered the gingerbread cookie (so so good) and the veggie quiche“
“This place was awesome, I was a bit tired and my mind went blink, so I had just requested what I would like from this super wonderful nice Gal Hanna, Super Sweet ?, I was lost, so I said " Just make me something good, nice, and tasty. She said, " OK ". I got the drink and left, tried it out and WoW!!! Was amazing flavor and taste. I have to stop by again and hopefully she is there to remake that special drink for me again. ????“
“Every time I come to Spokane, I have to visit Saranac Commons .. The Common Crumb is very near and dear to my heart not just because my cousin Kate and her husband Jeremy own it but because of their passion for their baking and cooking with high quality and natural ingredients. I visited the Biscuit Wizard for the first time yesterday and it had to be the best biscuit and gravy I have ever had!! This will continue to be on my high priority stops when I am visiting Spokane from Denver.“
“I have never been to this place before, and only came in today because I had heard about their partnership with Shine 104.9 and had a coupon from Shine for a free drink. When I walked in, Chris gave me an enthusiastic greeting that honestly felt like he was genuinely happy to see me. Not fake like some places I've been. He was very energetic and took the time to make sure and ask all the right questions to ensure I got the drink I really wanted. It smelled fantastic inside, so I decided to buy a bag of coffee as well. Chris took me over to the coffee wall and explained the differences between the various coffees. As I was listening, I was also sipping my freshly made drink. MAN OH MAN was that probably the best coffee drink I've EVER had (and I worked for Starbucks for 5 years in Dallas). I left Starbucks for Wake Up Call as a customer, but Pitotti beats them both by a mile. As I was leaving, Chris enthusiastically greeted the customer behind me by name! Same enthusiasm I got even though I've never been in there. I was super excited to try my new coffee when I got home (I ended up buying the "Strong" blend) and it is everything I hoped it would be. Dark, rich, full, not at all bitter, smooth as glass, and very forward on the notes of hazelnut, oak, & caramel as the label states. My only "bummer" is that their location is not super convenient to my house (I live way out in the Valley and they're in the Garland District), but this coffee and the service with a smile is definitely worth the drive, and even worth leaving a little early for work so I can stop by on my way in (work up by Holy Family Hospital). Way to go, Pitotti Coffee! You have a new loyal patron.“
“I absolutely love this stand!! The baristas all have such radiant fun vibes and the drinks have always been on point for me!! I love supporting local, especially when the service is awesome each time! :) Shoutout to the South Hill girlies y’all are always so sweet!!“
“Staff are upbeat and welcoming and the chairs are pretty comfortable - the chair height vs table height is good for typing, at least for my body type.Favorite drink is the mocha! The bittersweet chocolate they use is so much better than the milk chocolate/chocolate milk other shops use.“
“Expectations to have when going to Emma Rue's: quality service by a small and dedicated staff means *slow down*.Chat with your friends, read a book, scope the locals. The food options are limited but tasty and I've never been disappointed by their inventive cocktails. Also, this quality of experience is not cheap. But neither is it over-priced. A great place to celebrate, take an exciting date, or treat yourself.“
“Great place to support your local business and grab a cup of coffee or your favorite latte. Owner is absolutely nice and super friendly. This place definitely deserves a 5 star rating and I highly recommend giving them a try out!! Don't hesitate, give it a shot!!“
“This is the best coffee stand I have EVER been to!!! My husband and I would go at least once a week before we moved. The baristas are so sweet and make the best drinks. I love their seasonal menus and always look forward to trying the new drinks.“
“Idk the gals name but she made my day! I've never been here and was in the area for an appt being as I live in the valley. Absolutely gorgeous and more! I'll drive from the valley just to meet this gal!❤ And she makes a great cup of coffee!? Friday night around 430 is the time to go!?“
“Friendly staff, and fast. Since we’re regulars they usually have our order ready before we’re even at the window, using hand signals and gestures. I go there most week days, always friendly, and quick. For those on the go, they won’t slow you down, and with their assortment of drinks and quick and easy breakfast options, it is my place to go when heading out in the morning.“
“Honestly one of the most welcoming and cozy coffee shops I have been too. I am not one to frequent a coffee shop, but due to the atmosphere, the always incredibly nice staff, and the great tasting coffee, I keep coming back. Couldn't recommend this place enough.“
“Delicious fresh vegan creations, I’m not vegan but I love the food and the place, also Reno, Lynn and the family are wonderful local people who care about quality. The super foods supplements are incredible as well. I am a local and this is one of my favorite places. Very unique‼️❤️“
