“What a wonderful lunch we experienced today. The duck Pate was perfection, and my duck salad was exceptional. My husband had pork belly toast, and the layers of flavors were the best he had experienced. Jessica, our server was so kind and knowledgeable. We don't make it to Anacortes very often but when we are back, we will definitely dine there again. The food was truly exceptional, and Jessica completed the whole experience.“
“The Nest is such a wonderful place to eat! I’ve been here for dinner and then just yesterday for brunch and both times the food and service was EXCEPTIONAL.Yesterday they accommodated 14 of us for a surprise Birthday Brunch and Kim specifically went above and beyond to ensure our mimosas were never empty, that she knew how the check would be split up, took photos of our group, and somehow she and the kitchen made sure all of our food came out within 5 minutes and that all of it was EXACTLY what we ordered and tasty. Best service I’ve ever had for a large group of people.“

“Great service as usual. The staff here is friendly and fast they all offer help at all tables we ordered a couple of drinks and the spinach artichoke dip with pita . It came super hot! Could use a bit of seasoning. It was good not great. Can't beat the atmosphere and service though. A lot of people and loud ambiance. They offer many different beers and ciders as well. Everything about the service and food was positive. The Majestic is truely a hidden gem for Anacortes. Other restruants should visit your hotel to learn how to cook and serve great meals. Anacortes should be your destination just to visit the Majestic. Five stars is not a high eough rating. “We have been eyeballing this place for years saying we need to try it someday. We finally did and we are sad we never made it in sooner. The food was absolutely incredible and the waitress April is an amazing asset to this establishment. We will be back soon! You will not be sorry you went!Kid-friendliness: My daughter is 12. “Never tried Poutine before and I'm very glad this was my first experience. Cheese curds and fries were crispy and the gravy was delicious. Grilled salmon is a must if you're looking for something lighter. I usually hate carrots and most chefs don't cook sugar snaps very well. I finished both veggies, they were fantastic. My husband enjoyed the Cobb as well. The staff helps each other out and are very friendly to customers. I would recommend this restaurant over the Cafe in the Casino. “Close to the dedicated Guermes ferry, with a panoramic view of Anacortes and its ship yards.Well shaped sandwich and burger menu, as well as soups and salads, with a beautiful outside garden.My "ancient grains" vegeburger came in a home baked bun with hand cut fries, the burger was crunchy and very tasty. I also chose a Chukanut Pilsner for the perfect end of summer lunch.Fun place to go, leave time for exploring this small island.“
“This is outdoor dining only but the food is so good. It gets super busy during the warmer weather and the parking lot's a little small but it is worth the weight. We went on a pretty cold rainy day so I would suggest bundling up if you do that. They do have heat lamps underneath the pavilion but the wind gets you. I can't wait to go back!“
“It was our first time trying the place after driving by so many times. The two waitresses were smoking outside at the front door so when we walked in they did too with their smoker odor in tow. That was a turn off at the start. Very 1980's vibe, original oak/wooden booths and 80's decor but clean. We got breakfast, the Millworker and a veggie omelette. It was a fluffy omlette, done well and it has onions, green peppers and mushrooms. It was filled with onions, way too many and it would be great to have different veggies or more but all in all good. My husband thought his was great, as ordered.“
“First time here. Decided to stop for breakfast driving back towards Seattle. Misty was our server. She was very pleasant and efficient. They give you lots of food! Blueberry pancakes loaded with blueberries, which also came with 2 eggs, and 3-4 thick slices of bacon. It's really enough for two. Husband had eggs, big sausage patty and a biscuit. We each had a mimosa with our own small individual bottle of champagne and OJ separate. The food was good and the service was great! We will be back.“

“I always eat here every time I'm in Anacortes. There's really nothing on the menu that's bad, and it's one of the more cost-friendly places to eat in town without eating at McDonald's. Only fast food place I know of where you can eat health all week and lose weight.“
“Been going here since before I can even remember. In my opinion one of the best hot chocolate in the world. Have only ever disliked one dish, that being the macaroni and cheese. Every staff member I have encountered is very sweet. Service is timely, as well as wait time usually. It can get pretty busy, and crowded. Which obviously makes the restaurant very loud, and lively which might throw some people off. However, I personally have rarely felt uncomfortable here. Overall, food, service, and environment is pretty great. I definitely recommend this place to most people.Kid-friendliness: I remember when I was younger they had a kids menu, and kids sized drinks with take home reusable cups. I'm not sure if they provide this anymore, however, they are very kid friendly anyways. The bar isn't separate from all dining spaces, however, it's semi separated from the entrance dining area via railing. And completely away from the main sitting area, as well as outdoor seating. If thats of any concern. This establishment has always been very kindly to children.“
“Love this place one of the best breakfast places in the area area. Most of their stuff is freshly made, and they're chorizo and brisket is super good. Anytime I'm in the area. I try to stop in and get a bite here. Great service and great food... Only hang up really hard to get a spot on a weekend. Plan on waiting a few if you want to eat here on a Saturday or Sunday.“
