They cut thin slices of meat using a knife, then it's grilled and has crispy edges. Here they are, chunky with crispy edges. I had the beef and lamb with extra meat. My mistake it was way too much meat for me. Personally, I like extra tzatziki sauce and tomatoes, light onions, and lettuce. Also had the Greek salad. I absolutely loved it.
