“Super authentic Thai food! The only papaya salad served in America that is accurate to the papaya salad I’ve had in Thailand. I cannot stress how good and authentic the papaya salad there is! Straight up nostalgia! I’m excited to try out more dishes! 10/10 I drove all the way to this food cart with my friends from Beaverton 100% worth it!“

Stand-outs are the pad see ew, panang and pumpkin curries, papaya salad, and stir-fried eggplant. “Delicious little place! The spicy eggplant was so good, the eggplant was melt in your mouth. There were little bits of perfectly toasted crunchy garlic sprinkled on top that added that little extra to make it really special. “Well, I think I have found my most favorite Thai place in Vancouver.. finally! I think this place has only been around for a couple of years now? But I wish I would've stopped in before today! I had the salad rolls along with their wonderful peanut and plum sauce. I ordered just veggie rolls instead of having shrimp or tofu and they were so good! It's sort of rare to find pieces of cucumbers in salad rolls for some reason. I also ordered the pad khee mao, also known as drunken noodles. It was wonderful! Cooked and flavored perfectly! “Grabbed a to-go lunch from here. Food was good. Lots of vegetarian options and meat options. Tried Veg Fried rice and Pad Kee Mo with tofu. Both tasted good. Medium spice level hit the spot. Parking is challenging as it is in middle of the town. This is a food cart so no seating options. “The Noodle Bar answers the question of where to eat near the mall. The Pad See Ew is delicious with a deep flavor. A wonderful dipping sauce is served alongside the pot stickers. The Thia iced tea is worth ordering!Since finding The Noodle Bar two weeks ago, we've eaten there twice and picked up an order. The Baa Mee Moo Dang was packaged in two containers where the broth was separate. It traveled well and didn't spill after it was dropped on the counter at home.It's clear the owners love what they do and I look forward to eating there again.Update 2024Still delicious??“

“A friend and I came here after soccer on a Saturday night. Plenty of parking spots were available and we only stood at the front for a couple of minutes before we were seated. Staff were friendly and able to answer our questions. We ordered steamed clams for an appetizer, then ordered drunken noodles and a steak dish (TH1 ai think) for our shared entrees. We were a huge fan of the dressing used for the salad that comes with the steak as well as the herb dipping sauce for the clams. The steak was cooked perfectly and was delicious with the salad and sticky rice. Our only complaint was that the drunken noodles were ordered at a level 3 spice, but came out way spicier than we were anticipating (and we are both fans of spice). We just ordered another side of sticky rice and worked through it, but otherwise everything was absolutely delicious and I will be returning!Parking: Since this is inside of a business complex, parking would be harder to find during busier times.“

“Stopped by on a whim and was so impressed! The place clearly cuts costs and space by using disposable to go containers. The place is small. On the other hand the food was so good! Lumpia, pork buns, ramen and fried rice. I was especially impressed with the mango sticky rice so good!“

The tom kha with chicken had flavors that uppity don't get from a recipe off the internet, the broth slow-cooked and blended to perfection, and 3 kinds of mushroom! i seriously had to just sit there with the soup bowl in my hands and marvel at the flavors in my mouth. “I would eat here multiple times every week if I could find the justification. The food is phenomenal, the service is fast and friendly, and the prices are great for the amount of food. One entree is easily enough for a meal and a half. Add in an appetizer and you've got dinner and lunch.“

“Spring rolls so perfectly done... Pad kee mao perfectly done! Chicken Yellow curry soo yummy... Best Thai food we've had in the 20 cities in which we've enjoyed it. Peanut sauce had a little curry flavor to it but you made it nice. Good portions and the surface is amazing they are very friendly and fun to interact with there. So second time was even better than the first. Interesting cocktails and drinks and local beers and ciders. We never thought that a place called Ginger Pop would be so good!“

Few restaurants offer vegan options in Vancouver, and the choice(s) in the ones that do are pretty predictable, bland (mostly a frozen 'burger' patty that you can buy in any grocery store) and obviously an after-thought. Not so at Wild Tiger! They have many vegan dishes on the menu AND many of the rest can be made vegan- which they are happy to do! And they are full of flavor. They use a vegan 'fish' sauce that is off the hook! This is now my only go-to Thai restaurant in Vancouver!“
