“L&L is such a nostalgic and comforting place for me to grab food at. It is consistently good no matter what location I go to. The chokehold the mac salad has on me is insane. Not only is it good food for a reasonably price, but they also give you pretty big portions. I eat a lot and sometimes I can't finish an order of food in one sitting.“
“I ordered half a pound of brisket, half a pound of spare ribs, hot and spicy sausages, and Mac & cheese to die for.? I’m all in!!Smoky brisket and ribs melt in your mouth. Everything is perfect and the Spicy BBQ sauce was Amazing!?There is a patio in the back, felt like we were in the countryside, looking at huge smoker grills.Highly Recommended!!“
“We always enjoy eating here…. But this time I had the $60 prime rib dinner and the meat was almost inedible. Full of fat and sinew. Worst prime rib I’ve ever had. Couldn’t hardly cut it to find good bites. Everything else and our waitress were great tho!“
“Very friendly customer service and always welcoming. This is outside seating only, but they do also have a covered area with picnic tables and a few ceiling heaters. This time around I tried their corned beef sandwich they were offering for St. Pattie’s. I wish they had this all year long it was so delicious! Like all their sandwiches, piled high with meat, with a mustard aioli. My favs at this place are their baby backs, potato salad and mac and cheese. Generous portions that last me more than a few days.“
“11/10The meat was delicious and plentiful. The sides were good and interesting (as opposed to just a distraction from the meat). But where this place really shines is the service. I felt like I was having dinner with the Korean aunts I never knew I had.“
“Whenever I have my BBQ cravings from time to time, Lil Red's is the only place that can satisfy me. I genuinely believe this is the best spot in Seattle that does BBQ. The setup is very small with limited parking, so your best bet is to call in your order and pick it up when it's ready. I believe you can also order online through Uber eats as well. I ended up ordering in person and having a beer while I waited. The guy in the front that takes orders is also very helpful. What we ordered during the last visit was the brisket, burnt ends, Mac & cheese, and beans. Everything was so tasty, my only complaint is that I don't live closer!“
“Aptly and appropriately named, this off the main path delight is straight forward but still adequate options.St.louis style ribs and red bean chili are both great. Have the chili with a spike on top, mix it up and try and forget just how bad it is outside the location in seattle.“
“This small out-of-the-way Georgetown bar has literally the best barbecue in Seattle. We've actually got a pretty up-and-coming barbecue scene, and Raney's is leading the way. Their brisket sandwich is bar-none the best I've had, and their Thursday/Friday ribs special is excellent as well.If you find yourself here, or happen to live along the 24/33/124 bus route, definitely give them a try.“
“Busy, bustling atmosphere. EXCELLENT food, service was good. Really cool artwork on the walls, food is as authentic as I've ever had, the BBQ pork is their signature item.Only criticism would be that this area of Seattle is pretty sketchy. That's obviously not the restaraunts fault, though.“
“It's felt like "Korean Chipotle" vibe. More like American Korean with sauces and spice. I loved the purple rice! I highly recommend to go with purple rice rather than white. it gave more texture and flavor to bowl. The bulgogi beef was nice and was in good quantity. You can customize the topping and sauces as needed. I would have definitely enjoyed it more if the chili sauce or heat wave sauce would be more spicer. This would definitely be my Korean Chipotle moving forward.“
“I recently got to experience this INCREDIBLE BBQ and my life has been changed. The brisket is so tender and so full of flavor. It just melts in your mouth. Their bbq sauce was out of this world and their pickles compliment everything just perfectly. I also really appreciate the little touches like the warm bun. If you need bbq for an event this is the place you are looking for. I have been a wedding planner for 15 years but I have never had anything so good. Thanks guys!“
“Five dollars for an order of potstickers is the best deal in Pike Place market and they were absolutely delicious. I also ordered the barbecue pork hom bow. Honestly, I didn't like it. The pork was really jellied, but maybe it's just not my thing. But the potstickers were incredible. Egg roll was good enough.“
“I’m from Dallas, TX and have had a hard time finding true southern BBQ in this entire state! Except Pete’s! Now, I’ve had great smoked brisket and other great smoked culinary experiences, but this one is the most Southern. What I mean is that the coleslaw is excellent with a medium shred, not too large or chopped too small, and an even amount of dressing. The sweet cornbread muffins with honey-butter straight from cast-iron are amazing. The pickle slices are even a culinary delight, sitting next to raw onions and a plethora of BBQ sauces to choose from. Oh, and free ice-cream cones if you even have room left to fill (we did not, lol). I could go on about the sweet tea, baked beans, slow-smoked ribs, shredded smoked pork, sausage, chicken, and desserts but…Just bring your appetite and try it for y’all’s selves! ;)“
“I drive by Jacks BBQ in Algona everyday, it always smells so good. I don't have time to actually eat in but, I did door dash it today to work for an early dinner. I had the chopped brisket sandwich with greens and it was amazing. I also tried the hushpuppies they where also outstanding. I'm sorry I waited so long to eat there. I now have lunch for tomorrow too. Thank You Jack's“
“Some of the best Vietnamese cuisine you will find in the greater Seattle area. Everything I've tried here has been truly exceptional. Some of my favorites are the fried catfish, beef and morning glory salad, baby clams with rice cracker, grilled lemongrass goat, and coconut steamed spotted prawns.10 out of 10 recommend!“
“Amazing BBQ, the pork and the Mac and cheese bowl we had were fantstic. Cornbread was great too. Staff was very nice and gave recommendations, and it was really cool to see the way they worked. Environment is energetic and inviting. Great option to eat.“
“Food are good but a bit pricey. We ordered a salt and shrimp burger with garlic aioli and Smoked brisket Ruben . Sandwiches sizes are descent but with no sides. Place is clean and with backyard seating area for you to dine in with your pet. Service is prompt and good.“
“This is our go-to place for a yummy healthy meal. The food is always so fresh and well prepared. Portions are generous. You can get some Hawaiian favorites like musubi and loco moco. They have some great sauces. We will keep coming back to this friendly little place!“
“Simple food made well. Stopped in for some take out (that's the only option here), and found a diversmenu on the wall. Seems not everything is available, but my choice of chicken and duck on rice made the cut. I also had a choice of coke or sprite. That's it. They prepare the food right in front of you - don't get picky about boneless meat! They chop up your bird with hefty swings of a cleaver and ina few minutes, you're out the door. Aside from spitting rib bones once in a while, the food was great. Simple seasonings, simple presentation....and not screwed up in any way whatsoever. They even price things so that - after tax - your final prices are rounded to 00. I'll be back“
“Nice small restaurant. K-pop playing on 3 TVs (muted). American music plays in background. Various types of soju are available to quench your thirst. Bandhan is good. Ordered soft tofu soup with seafood (regular spicy). Very tasty with calamari and lots of baby clams. I would come back here again!“
“Food is really good and the cornbread is the best!the staff is also really nice and very helpful. They make their own BBQ sauce, my boyfriend is from Texas and says this place took him back to his childhood this place is a must visit and try. The prices are a bit high but for a good reason and gratuity is included in the prices. If you don't check this place out your really missing out!“
“If you have a layover at SeaTac and don't want to eat airport food, I highly recommend stopping in! Staff was super friendly, the place was quiet with plenty of seating, had a spacious clean restroom, and the food was fantastic! I had the garlic butter shrimp. Best Mac salad I've had in a long time, and the shrimp were absolutely delicious. Is this a fast food chain? Yes, but it's a far cry from the usual suspects. You can expect tasty food served quickly, and it'll remind you of homemade, NOT frozen stuff thrown in a fryer. It was an easy 10 walk from baggage claim, and the prices were FAR better than the airport. If you have some time to spend, stop in and have some good lunch!Kid-friendliness: If you want to expand your kid's taste buds a bit, give them a try! For big kids, they make smaller portions of almost all the main entrees.“
“The atmosphere is a little lacking foods not bad for the price point you think you're getting a little more or something spectacular I mean don't get me wrong it's damn good barbecue food but I feel like I'm more or less paying for a name then the food itself but like I said that's pretty good barbecue foodParking: I mean it's Southcenter I mean that entire place is practically a giant parking lotWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible just roll in“
“I was in search for a catering service for a loved one's funeral repass/reception and came across Ola Mae's Southern BBQ via Google search. The catering menu items they had to offer was exactly what myself and family was looking for. I sent a request form the day I found them and received an email a few hours later. Not only that I was able to speak with Mr. Reeves on the phone to get my order placed for 80 people attending. I also want to say the funeral was 5 days away. Mr. Reeves and his staff did an amazing job from start to finish. When it was time for the repass his staff made sure everything was taken care of from the real plates, set up of food and beverages, clean up, taking dirty plates, checking in on everyone regarding if we needed assistance with anything AND even brought to go boxes so people can take food home (a huge help for sure!).If you are looking for a southern cuisine catering services I suggest Ola Mae's hands down. The food was amazing and that is including my opinion, the guests' opinions, and my grandmother's true opinion who is originally from the South. Thank you Mr. Reeves and staff for making the day run smoothly and not have to worry about this portion as we were laying our loved one to rest. From my family truly appreciate all of you!“
“This is my favorite dim sum spot in the entire Seattle area! There’s also a massive selection, I’ve tried countless dishes, yet still haven’t tried everything. A few of my favorites are anything with shrimp (so many different options) the broccoli and their dessert buns. Yum.If you’re looking for an amazing dim sum brunch spot, try this place out and be ready to wait in line for a bit, it’s no secret how delicious it is!“
“first time eating hear. food is amazing. I had a brisket sandwich with potato salad and mac & cheese. some of the best BBQ around in my book. everyone should swing on threw and get some. you wont be disappointed. definitely making a detour by there more often“
“Sad I didn't know about this place sooner. I grew up in San Francisco, love dim sum, and crave it all the time. There are decent spots in the Seattle ID, but this is my new go-to for to-go. Favorites:- Chicken feet were fresh out the steamer -- melted in my mouth and so tasty.- Pork spare ribs were juicy and tender, and the rice rolls were silky smooth. - Siu yuk (roasted pork) had crunchy skin.- Bok tong go (sweet rice sponge cake) was light, fluffy, and perfectly sweet. They make thinner pieces, which I much prefer. A full box for $5.Also good: - Ha gao (shrimp dumplings) were huge with lots of shrimp filling.- Jin duy (fried sesame balls with red bean filling) was less greasy and very crunchy.Service was quick and friendly. They were busy with walk-ins early Saturday but cranking out new steamer baskets to keep up with the demand. Space is bright and clean. Prices are very reasonable. Love it!!!“
“Come to this no-frills restaurant for authentic Peruvian cuisine! My Peruvian friends give this restaurant the stamp of approval for its authenticity and variety. Portions are large. Ceviche and roasted chicken are highlights of the menu. They also make their own canchitas (cracked corn). The dining room is large and airy, in a converted car showroom. There is usually a Peruvian version of MTV on in the background. Servers are friendly and knowledgeable about the dishes.Parking: Parking lot with angled parking is located to the left of the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: High chairs available“
“Yummy food and generous portions! We came to this place around noon on a Sunday. We ordered claypot spicy beef rice noodle, wonton Sui-Kau Noodle soup, and Salt Pepper fried chicken. All tatses pretty good and homey! I'd recommend trying the claypot noodle if you want to try something more flavorful beyond the general canton dishes. It comes in different soup options: spicy, tomato, golden hot and sour etc. and it has loads of toppings including fish balls, beef balls, corns, ham, greens, etc. The service is very nice.“
“Stopped in for lunch with a friend of mine. The curry katsu was delicious, and they turned the order around quickly! My friend has IBS and had to use the restroom frequently. He said the facilities were well maintained, which was great to hear!“
“Great experience, food is delicious, atmosphere was very family oriented and down home. I would Soo recommend the brisket ?. The hospitality was out of this world. Shout out to the guy with the locks (Dre) very hospitable, and sold me on the brisket and “
