“Saw a sign at Carson Hot Springs, went to the Elk Ridge Restaurant to eat and celebrated my bday there. My friend brought a sparkler, for a decadent chocolate cake the restaurant brought out, thank you. Then my friend very loudly sung happy bday and people at the restaurant felt compelled to sing along. I was mortified, because I am shy, but that's what friends do to each other to create memorable experiences. Thanks to all who were there on 5/9/24. Oh and the food is on point.“

“Visiting Skamania Lodge with family. looking for a varied and interesting menu that could handle 10 people aged 8mo to 86 yo. Fortunately we found it!!!! Food was fabulous, waitstaff were top notch and very attentive! we order 2 starters Artichoke and Sturgeon that rapidly disappeared. Can also recommend Reuben sandwich, Chicken Sandwich, Peanut chicken, fries are battered and addictI've. Great selection of wine and beers along with a variety of soft drinks including but not thankfully not limited to the usual soft drinks! This is a wonderful to meet, relax and enjoy a great meal.“

“You must add this place to your list when visiting multnomah fall. This mom and pop shop offers a variety of food options that can satisfy anyone's needs. My partner and I visited this shop for a light snack and it became our favorite spot. We got a small butterscotch icecream and it was life changing. We were pleasantly surprised by its quality and quality for cheap! I recommend getting a small size icecream bc you can share with another adult. The sitting lobby area was closed by the time we visit but there are outdoor tables that you can enjoy your food. Service was quick and friendly. Overall, I highly recommend visiting this place!“
“I took the Sternwheel many years ago but I don't remember that much about it. I really enjoyed this time and I took tons of pictures. It is $30 at least it was on Mother's day. They take a professional pic of you when entering the boat which of I remember right it was $15. Also I was told that parking was free on that day, but parking is extra. They have food and drinks. Food is mostly sandwiches and they offer snacks chops and candy. Well suffice to say it everything is extra. The tour was excellent with plenty of photo opportunities. Kite surfers and wind surfers ?♀️ add plenty of photos opps. As they like to come near the boat. They also add a lot of historical info (Lewis & Clark) and about the native and nature during the whole tour. My only criticism is at least they could offer pop, juice or something complimentary.“

“My second visit and sat at the bar. In between breakfast rush and right before lunch time for the weekend but we got served with reasonable timeline. Peanut butter nitrogen stout is something. It is like drinking breakfast and tasty. Food is fine, more or less. Service is decent. Showing some sports, but not crazy noisy. From Carson SPA and resort, there were limited options to dine out, and this place is one of our picks to choose from this area.“

“One of the first breweries I visited before breweries were "cool". First time was 10 and a half years ago. They didn't disappoint, I was afraid that my memory was stale, but beer was great, food was great, service was amazing. Kid and pet super friendly. Thank you Walking Man!“

“Awesome spot to hit up after a hike in the Gorge. Incredible views of the Bridge of the Gods. Huge dining area and delicious food. Bit of a small menu, but they have everything you need, and the food is delicious (especially the pancakes). Can't wait to go back! ?“

“Where do I start? The beer was delicious! I had the Oneonta Falls Hazy and the Hole-In-The-Wall-Falls Juicy IPA. Both were excellent! Food-wise, there were two burgers and the fried chicken sandwich ordered at our table. I had the White Cheddar Bacon Jam burger and let me tell you, AMAZING! The fries were excellent as well. One last comment on the food. The lemonade is hand pressed and oh my was it delightful. Our server was super kind. I'm an hour away from here and can't wait to go back.“

“The food here is outstanding. Our server was outstanding. I know this is probably more of a local place than a tourist destination , but our families came here to get away from the Skamania Lodge restaurant and have a decent meal. And this place did not disappoint! The fish and chips were amazing with a very light but crunchy batter on the fish. We got more french fries than we could possibly eat. The onion rings were very very good and not overly oily. I have never had such robust jalapeno poppers in my life as they are covered in all kinds of cheese and meat. They could be a meal on their own. The burgers were good for the kids as they all gobbled them down. And the small flatbread pizzas are actually really good as they aren't too big and they taste great. If you are a fan of Bloody Maries, I highly suggest trying their Bloody Mary. It is a meal in itself. I don't believe I've seen so much stuff attached to a beverage in my life! And as much as I am not a fan of loud live music in a small venue, we were able to dodge the live band and have our meal before they started playing. Tip these folks well... They are worth it!“

“The food here is amazing. The lemon pepper wings and smoked nachos are delicious. But you can't go wrong with the burgers and pizza either...some of the best in town! A little pricey, but there are definitely ways to eat here without spending an arm and a leg because of the variety. Did I mention the view of the Columbia River?! Breathtaking.“

“The server/bartender was subbing to help the cook out today, and he did a wonderful job. The vegetarian sandwich was incredibly delicious! I ordered the only IPA on tap, and it was refreshing after my strenuous hike in the Eastern Gorge at Tracy Hill in the snow. Great day with a great restaurant stop in Cascade Locks!“

“Very good service. Great setting with wonderful view on a beautiful day. Quality of roast beef at the carving station was mediocre (at best). Bottomless mimosas was nice touch as I never had to wait on glass to be refilled. Overall 4 stars but quality of a couple items could definitely be improved.“

“Thank You Backwoods Brewing Co!This IS the place to go year round for quality crafted beer, bbq and pizza. The atmosphere is down-to-earth and welcoming, especially after a day in the backwoods working up a thirst and appetite from waterfalls veiwing and trail hiking.Good times abound especially in summer, when the dog-friendly backyard of the Backwoods is open and entertaining with music to pair along with their assortment of brews and foods. There's also their Party Acres to consider when visiting. Curently being developed across from the brewery with cabins available.Overall, Backwoods has a really good thing going, growing from the ground up. Tended to by a local family who value and understand what it means to keep their small town home and community, small town, friendly, unpretentious, yet thriving.“
