“One of my best friends in the world and his wife have opened up a restaurant in Chehalis called Northwest Salmon Smokehouse & let me be the one to tell you the food here is amazing!!! What I'm having is the pulled pork macaroni and cheese topped with chili and 5 herb butter parmesan toast. So delicious & the pulled pork is done right- so tender & juicy. The macaroni & cheese should be illegal its so good.”

“Drove up from Oregon to meet a friend for dinner from Hawaii that was staying in Seattle. Absolutely beautiful set up! The food was made to perfection. Desert was decadent and sooo fresh! Service was AMAZING with the best and friendliest server ever. Wish this place wasn’t 2+ hours away from me…but was worth the drive. It will absolutely be a spot that we stop at on road trips in the future.”

“This is a nice little local restaurant in Chehalis.
Presentation of our food was very nice. The salad was fresh. The club sandwhich and quiche were tasty. The clam chowder had way too much pepper in it.
Service was pleassant.

“The food was well prepared, delicious and served on warmed plates. Service was good but the bar menu didn't have prices for any of the drinks. Facility was clean and well kept. I would say this is the best meal I've had in this area. Food presentation was excellent. The proprietor seems to have a true respect for delivering a quality product.”

“We've been eating Sahara pizza and pastas since moving to Chehalis almost 8 years ago. Their pizza, pastas and parmesan garlic twists are all delicious. The pizza is really cheesy which is a big plus for my family, no need to order extra cheese here.

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian pizza and pasta are absolutely delicious. If you haven't tried them I highly recommend it.”

“So I walk in, grab a rum and coke and witness the best bartender I have ever met. Monty, just pouring drinks and making people laugh. I look over to this white board and there it is. The meal of my dreams. Bacon macaroni on a hot dog. He cooks this up and serves me by far one of the best meals of my life. It’s like when they close, he gets to work prepping food for the next day. If he hadn’t chosen to be a rockstar. He would have been a Michelin star chef.”

“We ordered the Showering Noodles and Wonton Curry. Both were extremely good and we were told the peanut sauce for the Showing Noodles was home made. It was exceptional. We felt like the portions were large and we took a lot of food home. We also got the eggplant appetizer and it was good but it would have been better with different sauce.

“This location is my all time favorite! The girls who work there are awesome, and they're very consistent with the quality of drinks. I've even found a few new favorites thanks to some suggestions from the baristas. If you stop by you should try an iced white coffee with raspberry and white chocolate or a vanilla chai with caramel and white coffee. My go to drinks! Always so yummy! And with summer being here, both drinks are so good blended too!”

“Mi familia y yo ordenamos tacos al pastor y adobada estaban muy sabrosos y jugoitos las muchachas eran muy amables.My family and I had tacos for lunch at La guracha they were delicious they were nice and juicy usually tacos are dried but these were perfect and the ladies working at the taco truck were very nice . Definitely recommend eating there tacos we had al pastor and adobada”

“I love this spot. Remodeled the place when they bought it, charming personal feel and great service.

There are different events almost every night and the specials are priced well and cooked by experienced people. You can watch them cook your food if you've got the right seat. I tend to chat up my cook while my meal is made.

“Went there for the Veterans Day meal, pretty decent menu options for Vets. Went with the bacon cheese burger and a glass of Blue Moon.
I'd definitely consider going here again outside of special days.”
