Didn't mention anything about it before I discovered it. Just said sorry all we have is reg milk. Didnt offer any discounts or to swap it out for something else.“

“I'm writing this as we're at Subway because I'm so incredibly impressed with the most amazingly kind woman who helped us with our order today. Her name is Christina and she took the time to look us in the eyes and connect with my granddaughter and I and explain the options as this was her first experience at this restaurant. It's rare to run into people this genuinely kind. I hope the owners know what an absolute gem of an employee they have. The restaurant was emaculately clean, in fact I've never seen another this clean and she made the perfect sandwich. I will most definitely be returning with my granddaughter in the near future. “I had such fantastic service from the lady working there on Friday night, 9/27/24. She was so efficient, made my sandwich really well and with care, and asked all the usual questions in a clear voice and useful order. I know it seems like there's not much difference between subway ordering, but she really stood out as doing a fantastic job. She also complimented my sweater, which was really nice because I've had a rough week and it was just such a pleasant thing to hear late night when I was tired and just needed some food. She had curly hair and a bandana, and if there's any possible way to give her a raise or at least a bonus, she very very much deserves it. “I ordered a homerun ham and received the regular one.I Got overcharged! The new way they have it set up you can't see what or how much they are putting on. I ordered the Italian herb and cheese bread she gave me the plain. Couldn't get the order right. Terrible service
I'm updating the rating because there is a very nice Hispanic male employee that is ALWAYS friendly. He always gets our sandwiches right. If he's not there we won't order. He deserves a BIG raise“

“This review it's ONLY for the guy who was working hard ALL BY HIMSELF. He was taking care of costumers, preping, cleaning, and baking cookies while the other "co-worker" (girl) just sat down and talk with her friend who was visiting for at least 40 minutes, the only time that girl helped the guy, it was when more than 2 costumers arrived, I got there around 5:45pm and she only leave the table 2 times.The guy was super friendly, fast, clean and polite. The place is clean and the food its fresh.“

“The sandwich was good. Mine took a really long time. I saw people coming in and ordering and getting there's before me even though they ordered after me. The staff was very nice but did. Not cut or wrap the sandwich the way I asked, and I heard the order taker say it out loud. Still, very good sandwich, if really expensive.“

At least at this location, the actual sandwiches look nearly identical to the menu and wall posters, and they are fresh and well made.
