“I started going to Cremello in the latter half of 2023 with some reservations as this location has been so many other Cafe locations. To my surprise and delight, this cafe is charming with a wonderful staff that always greets you with a warm hello and smile. Over the months I have come to appreciate their focus on sustainability without compromising on good food and excellent coffee! “Best consistently delicious coffee in Tacoma hands down. Employees are kind and quick. We are loyal customers over the past 4 years. Have tried others and the coffee never tastes strong enough, or the drinks are overly sweet. I grew up here but lived in LA for over 10 years and was spoiled by the variety of great coffee shops there. Moved back and thankfully found this place! They have a variety of handmade coffee, teas and noncoffee drinks with unique flavors as well as the classics. “I was blown away by these bagels. I thought a bagel is a bagel. Apparently I've never had a really great bagel before. Forget about grocery store bagels, I've been to bagel specific places before and thought "okay, they're good, but wouldn't be my first choice". This place has changed my mind. They are so delicious. The outside is crunchy without being hard (I don't like such a crust that it hurts the roof of my mouth) and such a soft inside. The sandwiches are so tasty and the cream cheeses are wonderful. We got the Big Jim (which is huge and has all the best things on it), the bagel and lox (which had smoked salmon the way I love it) on pumpernickel (don't sleep on this option), and a cheese bagel with Sriracha cream cheese (not too spicy, great all around). I'm so happy to have this fun place in Gig Harbor.“

“Bought a bag of Morning Sun whole beans. Package says it's a darker roast. Darker than what? Water? We tried it three mornings in a row. With no other whole beans in the house, I had to switch to instant coffee. Morning Sun is NOT a dark roast. Sorry to say I was very disappointed.“

“Good morning my fellow reviewing entrepreneurs,This is another local spot my daughter and I go to here in Gig Harbor. We will come in here sometimes and just get the cheese plate or a little sandwich and a drink and sit around and just talk it's a very peaceful relaxing place they have indoor and outdoor seating. And it's on the corner the inside of the strip mall so you have a nice view if you sit outside on a sunny day. Staff are always friendly and helpful in what I like about it also is it's always clean and has a very cool eclectic feeling inside. I highly recommend stopping by any Cutters point but this one particular because this one I know the best.James...“

The different variety of flavors were amazing and the different toppings was cool! My favorite is combining the pineapple froyo with the lihing mui powder, try it out! “I was around the area and decided to stop by for some coffee. My main purpose was to buy some coffee beans. The coffee shop was small but had ample amount of seatings for people to sit and work. They also have a nice display of coffee merch on the counter. As I was about to pay, I looked at the pastry display which looked very appetizing so I decided to get something. Surprisingly they sell Milkvue donuts so I had to grab one to go with my coffee. Overall, a nice place to grab coffee and to people watch. There's plenty of street parking nearby so it wasn't too difficult.“
