“What a nice place to enjoy a sandwich outside by the water.My wife had the Italian sandwich & I had the chicken salad. When they came my wife said, "Oh my, we could have shared."Both were delicious.It's not a big place, so I can imagine there not being open tables.“

“An absolute gem! Great food served by a friendly and knowledgeable staff. I lived in Tacoma for 20 years, but have been away for 23 years. Now back in the area, we went back to our old favorites. The so-called fine dining, well established restaurants we used to enjoy have really gone downhill! So disappointing. So glad I found Macaluso’s to celebrate our anniversary. Great food, fantastic staff that really work at serving their guests to make it an enjoyable event. Special thanks to James and Johnny! “Delicious pizza. It has an authentic Italian style. Great dough and toppings. Anchovies appetizer with sun dried tomatoes and arugula salad were tasty. We’ll definitely go back. Staff was very friendly. The place is cute. It’s also fun to see the wood fired oven.“

“First time here and we had a great time. Service was stellar and food was fantastic. Would love to come back when the weather gets better so we can try the outdoor seating as well. We got the meatball and the cheesey bread appetizer. Bread was fresh and tasty and the meatballs were fantastic with great sauce. Then we ordered a meat pizza with jalapeños and the Mediterranean tortellini. Needless to say, we had a LOT of food to take home, but it was great! We’ll be back!“

“We had such a delightful first visit to Snapdragon. Our visit was perfect from the moment we walked in and were greeted so warmly by every person working. They made a few suggestions and we were ready with our choices. We found a seat in the amazing seating area - so quirky and fun! Our food arrived quickly and it was amazing! I got the spring potatoes and eggs and it was just perfect. I can’t say enough good things about the apple cake - we all shared a piece and I wish I had more now! Thank you, Snapdragon! You have a special place. We will be back the next time we are on Vashon!“

“Pizza was very good! Came in with my family and everyone loved the food. I got the pepperoni mushroom calzone which was one of the best calzones I had. They did bring the pizza out on some plastic serving plates that had a slight smell of cleaning solution. It wasn’t bad but not pleasant as well. We put the pizzas on ceramic plates and smell went away. We would go again possible ask if the pizza can be placed in a to-go box to avoid the smell.“

I stumbled upon this spot with picky kids in tow one summer day and ended up finding the East Coast style slices I've always known and loved. We picked up a whole pie to share and got to eat it in the shop. Don't have too many reasons to end up back on Vashon, but pizza here will be a must for a next visit!“

“The place is super cute with a cozy indoor and a patio. The service was great, fast and friendly but the pizza is not well filled, for $20 a medium size pizza we were expecting a bit more topping and somehow it was not very hot either, even tho it was quickly served on our table.“

“This place is normally carry out or take out/delivery, but they have a couple tables and chairs. My husband and I visited Vashon to see Oscar the Bird King. When we got hungry, I decided that we should get pizza. That's how we found ourselves at Vashon Pizza. They were A+ with customer service, really relaxed and allowed us to get half and half on one pizza without an extra charge. Plus, importantly, their pizza was G double-O D good! Great experience all around! And don't forget to try the freeze dried candy. ?“

Everything was ready at the expected time and the Round Table staff even held some of the pizzas under the warmer for our late arrivals. I appreciated their attentiveness to our group. “We ate here tonight for the first time and we loved it. We got a pretzel appetizer, it was huge and fed 5 of us. Our food got there pretty quickly after we finished the pretzel. I got the bbq burger, I was just in the mood for a burger. It was the best burger I had had in a really long time. We came with 4 kids in tow, and sometimes that gets looks and attitudes, but we got great service!“

“Excellent pizza experience. Gavin was absolutely great at knowledge of the customers wants and suggested the perfect pizza for his new customer (me). The pizza was absolutely on point deep-dish The Works. Flavor was jam packed and the deep dish bread didn't make you feel bloated like others can do. I found out everything is made in house fresh everyday including the dough. Excellent customer service even on a holiday weekend!! Great atmosphere!! Awesome Food!! They even have salads and ice cream. I will for sure visit here again when I'm up from Texas. Thank you guys for a great experience!!“

“The pizza is definitely legit- leagues beyond anything we could find within miles of Lake Stevens where we moved from. I’d have to be downtown Seattle to find pizza this good. I’m a huge pizza fan, and this is a place we will definitely be regulars at. Service was excellent, everyone very friendly and courteous. Atmosphere is not dine in which is fine, the ambiance when you walk in is still what I look for when it comes to folks serious about pie, just all business. Love it!!“

“It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the full parking lot was an excellent indicator. Our food was simply great. It was a little difficult to hear with the live music going on, a little earlier than I'd expect, but that can be good too. Just don't expect a quiet place for fancy service on a date.. I only saw 1 guy working the bar, the tables & food service and he was absolutely hustling and working his tail off taking care of everybody. We'll definitely be back !!Vegetarian options: I think the vegetarian options are limited to Fries & Cheese.Dietary restrictions: They were very flexible on available substitutes we requested.Parking: Fairly small lot and lots of customers, well worth working a bit 4 parking.Kid-friendliness: It's very much a bar inside, I'm not sure if kids are even allowed, but the staff was very friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: It's on the first floor with pretty standard doorways and the tables are pretty close. I'd be sure to call ahead and see if they could reserve a table by the entrance for wheelchair access.“

“Two of my most hated jobs. 1. Getting an eye test - I have a fear of failing an eye test. (I actually prayed for the optometrist). 2. Then picking new glasses. Both the Costco Gig Harbor optometrist ( Dr Louie) and Gig Harbor Costco optical were SO amazing. They came with almost a meal in them!! YUM!!! We also each got some different entrees to share, some pizzas and salads. Everything was very good. We had pleasant servers too! “Only open for take out right now but great, friendly service. I recommend the Portage Pizza which has 5 cheeses, sundried tomatoes and artichoke hearts with olive oil, so good! Gluten-free options available too which is unusual for pizza joints.“

“Let's start with the positives: Delicious food with an intimate, charming old-world vibe close to the water in West Seattle. Tasty vegetarian options (including penne with eggplant and saffron gnocchi). Very fresh greens for the salad, which was perfectly dressed. It could be an excellent date-night choice. However, the service/wait staff could have been more polished in a few instances, but I have seen an overall decline in service throughout the industry (I worked in it; these days, it's tough to recruit people, and the turnover is high, so I get it). I was happy to be able to make a reservation, but you have to provide a $50 deposit (which is credited toward your bill). My guest arrived early, but I was less than 10 minutes late; however, they would only agree to seat him when I arrived. I felt bad about that since it was his birthday. Finer/better restaurants should make you feel welcome and special. This one fell short, but the food was so tasty that maybe this could be overlooked. I'm on the fence about returning to bring out-of-town guests, though.“

“My friend and I went there today for a belated birthday lunch for me. Our first time there. We sat on the deck. Beautiful view. Our server Joan was excellent. She checked back with us often. The food was outstanding. We shared Insalata Gamberetti, which was so delicious. We also shared Capellini Positano, which also was delicious. We were so full, but did have a free birthday serving of Spumoni. It was the best I've had. Unfortunately I didn't get pictures of our food. The prices there were so reasonable. Eating out has become so expensive. I was pleasantly surprised that we could have an excellent view, excellent food and excellent attentive server Joan. It was perfect , I would highly recommend.“

FYI if you order online and PAY ONLINE, there is a rack behind the counter that says "ONLINE ORDERS" with everyone's orders arranged alphabetically. You don't have to wait for the cashier to grab your order.“

I may have been drinking, but I mean what I said. I was a tourist in Gig Harbor and even after a few meals down by the water, this was the best meal I had on my trip. Peggy and Dawn are amazing servers and one of the head chefs, Bill, is a master at his craft! Not only is the food good and the service great, but the view from their sunroof is phenomenal! A beautiful sight of Phinney Bay, nestled right off of Kitsap Way, in Bremerton! Take the family or go out for a romantic date night and absorb everything Tony's has to offer. “Not everyone has a gluten free pizza option, so I rely on Papa John's. The ordering was easy, pizza was ready on time for pick up. The gluten free option is expensive, $20 for a small size,, so I would expect at least something average. I just ordered a basic pepperoni and sausage pizza and it was like they just passed by the meat area. There couldn't have been more than 3-4 little slices of pepperoni (not even one per slice) and about the same of sausage. I usually make reviews when I'm super happy, which is often. Come on Papa John's, the grocery store pizza was better than this with lots of meat.“
