“We always enjoy our dining experiences at the Din Tai Fung restaurant: several reasons: it's food, both taste & quantity; + its location in the Pacific Place= parking; and, walking [thru a lighted Seattle Park] from our location in the Newmark Towers!“

“As a first time visitor to this restaurant I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and professional. Food was very tasty and delivered promptly. I especially liked the Black Truffle & Chicken Xiao Long Bao. Such a great first time experience. I will definitely come back and would highly recommend eating here. Remember to book a reservation. They fill up fast.“

“So fun to go with new people. We ordered things I hadn't ordered before like the short ribs. They were perfect. There are so many flavors in the hot and sour soup. I really enjoyed it. Everything was flavorful and the service is top notch.“

“Update 2023 sep:Ordered Braised pork rice, the braised pork was so little on the top and the rice texture was so wrong. Give 4 stars cuz the flavor is alright and I wish they read this review and have better quality control. A year ago was really good.2022 reviewFoods here are SCRUMPTIOUS and v authentic Taiwanese food!! cant believe I didn’t know this place earlier!“

“Love the food here as always, and service is impeccable. The pork soup dumplings (5/5), sticky ribs (4.5/5), the pot stickers (4.5/5), the chili wontons (5/5), and the chocolate filled dumplings (1 million/5) are all my favorites, but you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. They also validate parking which is a huge plus.“

“This is probably one of the best consistent food trucks in the downtown area. The menu is streamlined enough that you try all of their plates and they're crazy fast to get the food out. There isn't any seating area directly next to it and the wait line is a little awkward to stand in, but the food is worth it and the portions of meat and egg is great for the price and speed.“

“Super authentic place to get Taiwanese food!! We've been coming here for years, and they never disappoint. They sell everything from shao bing to purple rice rolls, which are all delicious. Frozen and dry goods are also sold here. The owners are very kind and offer great service. I would definitely recommend coming here to buy Taiwanese food.“

“My favorite place to take important guests for a nice meal and a nice conversation. My favorites are as follows:- House fried rice- Buddha's delite- Crispy noodles with white sauce- Black pepper beef- Orange chickenThe service is stellar. Our glasses of water is never below half-full. All of the silverware is always clean. The water never tastes like dish soap. The servers are always helping each other to make for a great experience. The food here is wonderful. We've been going for over 20 yrs, and it hasn't changed at all.“

“The rice rolls are pretty good, rather glutinous and not authentic rice noodles. The leek dumplings are meaty and a bit greasy, so it’s okay to eat them with some vinegar. The black sesame paste is not very delicate, almost the same as making it at home. The soup was just average, I won’t order it again.“

“Decent price for a hot pot. I enjoyed my beef and my girlfriend got the seafood! I ordered mild but it might be too much for some when it comes to being spicy. The iced green or black tea was free unless you upgrade to large. Portion looked small and I thought I might have to ask for extra rice but it did fill us up. Glad I checked it out!“

“This place is not far-away from where I live, a small fast food place specializing in pork hock dishes, it is the same from the Vancover Wan Luan Pork Hock place Environment: casual atmosphere, perfect for a quick bite or a takeaway meal, relatively small, with limited seating optionsService: the boss is a very nice Taiwanese, he will talk a lot with you hahaThe Pork Hock Original: The meat was tender and succulent, cooked to perfection. It had a savory flavor with hints of spices and herbs, complemented by a slight smokinessWan Luan Pork Hock with 3 Flavor Sauce: using the traditional 3 flavor sauce of chicken way to cook the hock, the combination of sweet, savory, and slightly spicy flavors was a true treat for the taste buds. a balanced blend of soy sauce, garlic, onion, basil and chili“
“I recently tried the Yum Bit food truck and had a moderate experience. The menu had a decent variety of options, including both meat and vegetarian choices. I ordered their signature burger, and while it had a good flavor, I found the portion size to be a bit small for the price. The burger itself was cooked well, but it lacked some of the juiciness I was hoping for.The service at the food truck was quick and efficient, with friendly staff members who were attentive to my order. The wait time was reasonable, considering it was a busy day. However, one aspect that fell short was the overall atmosphere. The food truck lacked seating options, which made it difficult to enjoy the meal on-site. Additionally, the surroundings were a bit noisy, which made it less enjoyable to eat there.Overall, I would say that the Yum Bit food truck offers decent food options, but there is room for improvement. It's a good choice for a quick bite on the go, but the portion sizes and ambiance could be better. With some adjustments, it has the potential to provide a more satisfying dining experience.“

“Great experience - not a typical Chinese restaurant! We tried a few dishes that are not seen in most Chinese restaurants in the US, like dries bean curd and seaweed. Noodle soup with beef shank was fantastic! Oolong tea was perfectly brewed and delicious. Service - friendly and attentive.“

“The food here is good. It's not out of your world hot pot. They're also preset hot pots which can ve helpful if you're indecisive or you're bringing people who don't hotpot normally. It's also a lot easier than doing hot pot at home. The price is pretty decent for the amount of food that you get. The servers are busy, but they do a good job of giving everyone attention with turning your pots on and off but sometimes need to be flagged down. They never seem upset when flagged down. Recommend when you want soup!Warning the Taiwanese spicy is spicy. The house and seafood hot pot is basic in flavor so you're going to have to add whatever flavor you like. The milk cream curry is delicious. The 3 cup chicken and mutton are great but seasonal.“

“It's my new favorite lunch spot! Chicken had a nice light coating with great seasoning, and I'm glad it was dark meat. Carrot/daikon mix was very tasty. I would have preferred the broccoli and veggies served warm instead of cold, but they were still fresh and the whole meal was great. Good price, and not very long wait to order and receive. Disclaimer: the bento in my photo has extra veggies and extra meat.Vegetarian options: Tofu option available“

“Scallion oil poached chicken from the fridge is so good. You know if you know. They also serve at Microsoft food court as well everyday in different building. I would recommend their braised beef bento box. Beef is very nice. Even the potato itself is surprisingly good.“

“Frank B had the Din Tai Fung experience at the ALL STAR GAME! I unequivocally share that the dumplings are sensational & delicious. For stadium food this stands out above the rest of concession stands at the ballpark. Ordering is simple and convenient since no cash is needed. Well, you must pay but with a major credit card only. It's a tad loud due to 30,000 + people around but they got Franks order correct. Now next time I hit the ballpark I'll grab a double order for my pleasure.Frank B is out!“
“They're not closed. It's confusing! You have to go around back to the alley, where they have a walk-up window. But the tofu here is amazing.Silky (med-firm) fresh tofu, deep fried blocks with little veggies mixed in, and my favorite: light pillowy fried tofu puffs. Gotta try them all!“

“Always on the search for good beef noodle soups, this place is pretty good! The braised pork rice bento is very good as well.My only suggestion for improvement is using a different type of noodle; the beef and broth is great but the noodles are reminding me of pasta linguini noodles a bit too much.“
