This Auntie Anne's was a lot less busier than the other one in the mall when I was there- no line when the other one had a huge line! The service was fast and the pretzel was nice and warm, if a little greasy. It really hit the spot!
2 staff that was prepping the food was talking loudly and one staff not masked and the other one didn't have it on correctly. Reminded them to put their masks on per CDC guidelines. Stared me down hard and continued on with their conversations. This auntie Anne's located next to Disney Store (recently closing down, sadly). 9/11/21 @8pm - Southcenter mall location. The owner has addressed the issue swiftly, and I'm changing it based on his decisive action to remove those employees...read full review

I went to this Auntie Anne's years ago while working at the Southcenter Mall. It was a great choice for brunch or an early breakfast when there wasn't a lot of people there. Their cinnamon sugar pretzel is amazing! The place can get very crowded and the line very long, but it's still a good choice for a to-go snack.
