Update: Pork belly now has skin? And cooked differently...? Definitely not as tender. Hopefully this was just a one time thing!Pho Tai Nam is incredible. Pork belly with broken rice also incredible. Best pho in Seattle, in my opinion. Caramel chicken wings worth a try. Very good. I think they have a weekday special.
Had a good experience at Ba Bar as someone with Celiac, but wanted to leave a review for future gluten free folks. The items labeled gluten free aren't actually gluten free, as both the fryer and the pasta water are shared. Our waitress was amazing and went out of her way to confirm that the kitchen was able to put a new pot of water on to cook my vermecili noodles.
