Tasty sandwich!! The owner is always friendly. I had a hard time chosen between BBQ pork (charsiu) and roasted pork (crispy pork belly), the owner kindly agreed to make a half and half. Bread was toasted crunchy and the vegetables fresh. I highly recommend the BBQ pork!
came here today to get a matcha milk tea with lychee jelly, super fresh and delicious, not too sweet, and the lychee jelly was really fresh and flavorful! $5.50 is a really fair price for bubble tea in seattle, especially considering they kind of have a monopoly on bubble tea around greenlake. the man working was really kind and my order barely took 2 minutes; I came in during lunch on a Sunday and no one was here. I got a punch card so I'll definitely be coming back for the rose...read full review

The boba I ordered, a fruit tea (Peach tea with lemon grass) was quite good, and the bubble waffle was the best Ive had in a while. I went for a strawberry bubble waffle with strawberry icecream and a mochi topping, and it was great. Quite a fair price for Seattle as well.Some other reviewers said the staff were rude, but they seemed fine to me, maybe a little quiet / gruff. They Made the drink and order well though, so I can't complain.Definitely underrated, would go again
