I should preface this by saying I'm not Chinese. However I did live in China for almost all of the 1980s. I've been to Sichuan many times and recall many wonderful meals there. My go to restaurant for 川菜 or Sichuanese food up until the pandemic had been Sichuanese Cuisine, or 老四川, the one in Bellevue. Easy parking and very authentic Sichuan food. Reminds me of my days in Sichuan. They use good ingredients, and portions are good.Things are on the spicier side comparing to most Sichuan restaurants, but you can ask them to make things less spicy if you want.
