The apple pie y'all! The crust is perfect and insanely good. There is a sticky, crunchy, sweet cinnamon topping - chef's kiss - and it was packed with apple filling. So, so, so good. The bakery staff were very nice and happy to help us with our pie selection. Not to mention the actual shop is really cute. Run, don't walk, and get yourself some pie.
I have visited the Spokane Birdie's Pie Shop on several occasions and always been thrilled with both the quality of the pies and service! they have a delightful model of having the Baker/cashier come out in front of the counter to greet each guest and share as much info as you would like to hear about the pies they have available.
