I’ve made it my Friday morning ritual for great coffee, amazing cookies (from Made With Love Bakery), and a wonderful atmosphere great for working, chatting, or just sitting and enjoying every sip and bite. Every barista I’ve had there makes the drink with a mindful presence towards their craft as if they’re striving to make the perfect drink each and every time…quality is their priority above anything else which I appreciate.“

“I love this coffee. I drank a ton of the signature blend at Ruby River Hotel while in Spokane for a work trip, and it was one of my favorite flavors of the trip! The hotel brewed it fresh all day long. I ordered a bunch from the website to be able to brew it at home. Next time I'm in the area, I'm definitely going to make time to stop by a cafe and stock up. “Such a good coffee shop! We are latte junkies and loved this place. The espresso was rich, but not bitter. The milk was like velvet. They have several flavors and breakfast items to choose from, but you can’t go wrong with a a latte from here.“
