I love this place. I don't exactly like gimmicks, for example, "fire when ready", but I do like the quality of their coffee, and whether I am dining in or taking it to go, I like the Thomas Hammer Bean.

I love this coffee. I drank a ton of the signature blend at Ruby River Hotel while in Spokane for a work trip, and it was one of my favorite flavors of the trip! The hotel brewed it fresh all day long. I ordered a bunch from the website to be able to brew it at home. Next time I'm in the area, I'm definitely going to make time to stop by a cafe and stock up. Yum! ☕
