So I went there in the morning and there was a few homeless people in there. The staff were very helpful and busy while trying to deal with one very rude and needy homeless person. The delt with him in a professional Manor. I got my items in faster than expected. I really hate Starbucks policy's on non paying people. Those who just there for free stuff. The employees are Always so upbeat and friendly! Very quick service as well, I can’t say I’ve ever had to wait more than 2-3 minutes for my order on a busy week day morning. Love this place!

I was in Spokane for a conference this week and this was the closest Starbucks. Steven and the crew were amazing - my drink order was memorized within a day and they always created a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I am completely serious when I say that this is the best Starbucks experience that I’ve had for years. Highly recommend!
