“I very rarely, if ever, go to starbucks. My sister-in-law loves them and needed a coffee to help fix her horrible morning, so I went to this one on my way to meet her. The partner who took my order was so sweet and patient with me and had a wonderful energy/personality. The partner at the window (I think Stacey was her name) was super sweet as well and upon hearing the very shortened version of my SIL's bad morning, drew a heart on her cup label for her. I also got a delicious piece of pumpkin loaf for myself and it didn't dissappoint!“
“Having no inside dining at this Starbucks turned out to be a fun experience. Kallie at the walk-up window was fun and explained that this storefront was close to Gonzaga University so a walk-up window worked well for students. Hubby liked his breakfast spinach wrap and I had yummy lemon pound cake. My Americano was good as usual. He tried a cold brew. The coffee flavor wasn’t strong enough for his palette. Also, there is a nice outside seating area with tables and umbrellas to enjoy your drinks in the sun. ?“
“I love this place. Staff is always so friendly. They have GREAT coffee and tea drinks, always pleased!!! Love that I can get travel mugs and cups here also. Food is good also. Love their muffins, egg bites, and the grilled cheese sandwich is the best!!! Highly recommend if you like coffee.“
“It can be a busy Starbucks but they have good food, drinks, and friendly employees. The manager is really nice too!Parking: There is parking around the building.Wheelchair accessibility: Has two handicap parking spots in front of building and looks easy enough for my paraplegic friend to wheel up and down as the surface is nearly level in front of the building.“
“This is a rare starbucks that is a real treat to visit. Everyone is kind and very helpful. They are always fast and cheerful. I enjoy visiting and knitting outside. I often stop on my way back from monthly visits to the vets across the way. They are always happy to see us, and my scardy cat loves the attention from the drive-through.I have never had a bad experience in 3 years. If I could give you 10 stars I would!“
“Yes, everything was spot on here. They were busy and the staff had their heads down, responding kindly when spoken to.The best thing about my experience today was how kind and friendly the customers were! Wow. Holding doors for each other, greeting, smiling at strangers (including me). There’s something a little positively extra about this Starbucks and the community that surrounds it.“
“I ordered a lemonade acai and picked it up from a young lady in the drive-thru. True to Starbucks nature and culture that I've experienced over the years, I was greeted with a friendly smile and made to feel as if my drink and my awesome day were the most important thing to this young lady while I was there ? I used the mobile app to place my order. I had a gift card that I applied to my account on the mobile app (which is so cool!), so now that GC won't sit in my house and end up lost. On my phone, in my app, guaranteed it's getting used! I don't go to Starbucks often, but it seems no matter which store I go to, it's always a pleasant experience. This store didn't disappoint!“
“The coffee is good. Lily you get 10 stars. Luka you need to work on your customer service. Asking the same question over and over and getting the same answer does not solve a problem. Be like Lily stop what your doing and take care of the customer. Lily you are awesome!“
“I was in Spokane for a conference this week and this was the closest Starbucks. Steven and the crew were amazing - my drink order was memorized within a day and they always created a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I am completely serious when I say that this is the best Starbucks experience that I’ve had for years. Highly recommend!“
“To the morning crew: I adore you all! You have the friendlest morning crew when I know we're all not totally ready for the day. You guys make my mornings so much better before work! (Also my drinks are always delicious and whenever I get breakfast it's warm and yummy!)“
“Hit and miss... mainly hit. The service is usually good, unless employees decide not to show up, in which case it slows down considerably. There is a new(ish) employee who is friendly but loud. You feel a bit overwhelmed when you (or anyone else, for that matter) happens to walk through the door and he recognizes you (or them). A little unnerving. Other than that, a decent place to come for a drink (though be prepared to spend $10 for a modest drink and pastry; though this isn't a criticism of this particular establishment. This is a Starbucks gouging-the-customer issue).“
“I have been a barista at this location for the past 3 years and love my job. It is a wonderful ? family & community gathering area who has recently gotten a remodel last year. It has great food, very clean, excellent service, and my partners really care about the experience and connections we make with everyone who drops by. So come and allow us to show how incredible we are.“
“An hour here to recharge electronics and take a work meeting on Zoom, this Starbucks has parking and they have power outlets. After the last couple of days of cloudy weather, this was needed. The seating in the back was comfortable, the coffee was Starbucks coffee and my phone is happy with a solid hour's worth of electricity.“
“I love this Starbucks because it is tucked away nicely, the workers are very kind. Though I miss the little positive paper squares since the remodel. They used to have a little box with scrap paper to write affirmations on them. There are many days I need to read those while waiting for my order... hope they bring them back. ? ❤️“
“I adore this Starbucks even though its inside Safeway. The manager is super cool and has these hilarious stickers she gives out. Staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and they go the extra mile every time! Like the added Halloween sticker on the cup. Corinne is also one of my favorite baristas. They are all awesome though!!!“
“Fast, hot service. This Starbucks is easy to get to. It's nice that some of the staff still masks. Try the spinach breakfast wrap. I'm on a low cal diet. It's nice I can go here, have something tasty, and not blow my health routine.“
“Went through the drive-thru today and I have to say Kyle was one of the best Starbucks employees I’ve ever encountered! So kind and attentive, he made my experience so uplifting. The only downside to this location is the speaker being by the busy road. I come here often and the employees have to ask several times for the customer to repeat or speak louder.“
“8/10/23 I truly enjoy the convenience of a Starbucks location within Target. It makes the shopping experience much more funThe service was always good. The employees are friendly. The food is good. We got the banana loaf and danish pastry (not pictured). We ate it and forgot to take a pix. LOL!Environment is comfortable and clean. When back in town, this is one of the store we shop at.“
“Target + Starbucks = a Starbucks in a Target. Yeah, it's about as simple as that. You don't have a drive-thru and you can't order ahead online. But past that it's more or less a Starbucks. There is plenty of seating if you want to chill for a second. They have all of the same drinks and snacks as a standalone SB. It would be nice to be able to order ahead (which you can't do). Especially if you're checking out and want to pick something up on your way out. But that's life and it probably won't change based on my Yelp review. They got my order right so I really have nothing to complain about. I'd hit this SB up again“
“I was in a crunch. I had forgotten the food for a staffing over the long Christmas break. Safe was close so I went to deli and explained the situation. Honestly I didn’t expect much more then a “ that sucks” what I got was so much more. Patty and her partner (I’m so sorry I forgot your name) went above and beyond to make me look like a rock star. I waited about ten minutes and they had me HOOKED UP!!! And yes I was the hero for staff food that day!!! Thank you so much!!!“
“Don't be confused by the fact that is Albertson's is now a Safeway . . . owned by the same outfit, same stuff on sale, different name. This place is a bit of a drive for me but I get down here occasionally because they have a couple of things cheaper than pretty much everywhere on the Hill.“
“I mean the drive thru line almost always interferes with the main arterial traffic ......definitely questioning what they put into these cups of ice with about 90% tap water and 10 %?????...need to open up a three lane drive thru for all the herds of sheep....“
“We were shopping in the area and ordered a Chocolate Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino at this location and received wonderful service. It's always nice to get a delicious drink but it's even better when the service is friendly too!!“
“The baristas are so nice. I go there a lot and have never had a bad experience even when they are very busy. Though today I did witness a customer harass these 2 baristas I believe were called Cayte and Angel. It was so shocking to see since they tried to help the lady out, but she refused and even forced them to write their names down. But it was nice to see how the batista kept her cool and stayed very nice to that rude lady. I know if it was me, I would have flipped out on her for being so insanely rude like that.“
“I came through drive through and had ordered an orange juice for my son whom has nut allergies and when I was handed the bottle I checked the label and it was a no go for him. So Heidi the manager took over promptly on a busy morning and was so graceful with us. She was unbelievably caring and reimbursed us as we returned the orange juice. My coffee was delicious too! I rarely go to starbucks but had a wonderful experience today! Thanks Heidi and team!“
“Better to use the drive through at this Starbucks for the staff is pretty jaded these daysFor many years this was the best off Hwy coffee stop ever but then the new Amazon Warehouse moved in across the Hwy and the party was overTip these poor girls for it’s got to be a hell in a hand basket to work this new western influx and still smile“
“Although I do prefer a local coffee hut (like Wake Up Call), but Starbucks is one of my favorite coffee spots! I love the merchandise they sell, more specifically their mugs! They have the cutest patterns and designs; you can't have too many mugs!Vegetarian options: They cater to vegetarian needs and many other diet restrictions.Dietary restrictions: They'll happily cater to any diet restriction, just ask your barista!“
“11.28.23: after completing TSA security checkpoint, I immediately saw a Starbucks with barely a line. I decided to try the seasonal Chestnut Praline Latte. It had a roasted nutty taste and wasn't overly sweet, so that's a plus. The employee who took my order was super friendly and made it a personable experience, which was nice from the normal hurry up hustle bustle. It was late afternoon and the ambience was oddly quiet for an airport. No complaints whatsoever!“
“Staff are upbeat and welcoming and the chairs are pretty comfortable - the chair height vs table height is good for typing, at least for my body type.Favorite drink is the mocha! The bittersweet chocolate they use is so much better than the milk chocolate/chocolate milk other shops use.“
