First time at a spaghetti factory and had a wonderful time. Came in with a big party with a reservation at 630 and got sat pretty quickly. They were very busy on a Saturday night. Everything came fast and our server Shafara (not sure how it is spelled) was wonderful. Sour dough comes at the start of the meal and was fresh. I had the chicken Alfredo and it was delicious. The sauce was creamy and just enough salt. The chicken was a little dry but was seasoned well. Big portions!...read full review

It's sad that down town Spokane has become so run down. It's pretty rough around this part of town. Once you get inside the food is good, service is pretty good as well. There prices aren't cheap anymore but it's still over all reasonable for a 3 course meal. Kids meals are a great value 3 course plus a drink. It's still worth going just don't leave valuables on your car.Kid-friendliness: Great for kids if you can get them safely into the building

I have been skeptical to return to this establishment due to spotty service in the past. Being in the industry myself, I know what good service takes and I found that in my server Savannah. Not only did she accommodate every annoying request, she had such a friendly and personable personality. Thank you so much for the incredible service Savannah! We will be regulars from here on out!
