They always let you know how long the waffles will take ahead of time & will let you know how busy they currently are at the moment.They have such a creative menu that is always changing and are always supporting local establishments through collaboration. I would recommend double stacking your order and that will last me the whole day! I fully recommend this place with every taste bud on my tongue. And aways rave to my coworkers about how amazing this food truck is!“

“The BBQ is always amazing here. They have gluten free options too which is awesome. Their newest GF buns look and taste so much like real bread that I thought they messed up. The employees were kind enough to show me the difference between the GF and real bread which I really appreciated. I really hope they stick with this bun. I don't know what company makes it but it is the closest I have ever seen or tasted to actual bread for gf bread. Something that is really hard to find.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options“

“Wow! What great food. The fried garlic in the kale salad is perfect. The Akashic burger with house made kimchi was a great combination of flavors. I don't like kimchi generally but this one was really good. I had a bite of the Bombay roll and really liked the textures. Oh and everyone loved the gunpowder and cilantro garlic fries along with the dipping sauce. We'll definitely be back.“

“We used Nineveh as a caterer for a big birthday party. They catered for 100 people and the food was exceptional. We did the Shawarma Bar and it was affordable and delicious and provided more than enough food for what we needed. Everyone raved about it and wanted to know where we got the good. “Out of my curiosity within our community, I came across a food truck that is close to my heart - Meggie's Lumpia. It is a Filipino-owned food truck company that caters and serves only Filipino food. Who doesn't like lumpia, right? I have lived in the USA for more than a decade now and hardly ever hear of anyone who does not enjoy lumpia. During my visit today, March 29, 2024, at noon, this food truck had a long line. The owner provides excellent customer service, and the food tasted great when I tried it. I no longer need to search far and wide for Filipino food cravings because this food truck is conveniently located right around the corner in our neighborhood. I love our Filipino community.“

The beef/lamb shawarma is one of the best single things to eat in Olympia, with tons of flavor and depth, and the seasoned potatoes are delicious. The pita is fluffy and good, and the hummus is excellent, as well. Always get some garlic sauce and hot sauce on side. Small menu but everything is excellent.“
