“Servers seem more busy here than at other locations. They still have that overall almost sickly sweet "Dutch customer service" even when it's a large line. Although, they sometime forget a topping on my drinks, especially if I order more than 1. I wish they would implement an online order system since I regularly buy multiple drinks at once and that would be easier for me.“

“Went to order a pumpkin spice drink, when the barista, Jo, informed me it might be a bit bitter for me. We worked together and came up with a perfect drink for me, an oat milk salted caramel latte with with pumpkin foam, extra chocolate and caramel drizzle, and cinnamon on top. It was maybe the best drink I've ever had! They were very fun to talk to and I had to go back again the week after to get another one of my super custom drinks. Different barista took my order (I didn't catch their name) and nailed it perfectly, they were totally patient with my long and confusing order, and got everything just right ? this Dutch Bros is a 40 minute drive from my house, but I will so gladly be back again just for the service!!Dietary restrictions: They were able to replace the milk in my latter with oat milk just fine, and made sure to ask if I wanted dairy whip with it or not“

“I really like their coffee. It's nuclear hot, so be sure to ask for a lower temp if you don't like it that hot. Also, their staff are all very knowledgeable, nice, and appreciated, however please be aware of customers who don't feel like small talking. Case in point, we were on our way to the hospital. My sister is dying, do I want to discuss this with a total stranger, even if she is sweet? NO. Would she pick up that we didn't want to talk, NO......so what are you doing today? Any plans? “This place is my go to for chicharrones and the Mexican pumpkin candy is so bomb! Fruit bowls, etc are good, just an overall yummy place. The only downside is it’s tiny, it’s always busy and not enough room inside for everyone, the wait can be long but it’s delicious so I don’t mind waiting. We live in East Vancouver and we drive over this way on the weekends, I wish it had another location close to us but that’s ok.“

I ordered to go and read on the menu that unless asked for seperate, the sauce would be added into the bowl, it was not, and the small to go cup portion was hardly enough to spread to the entire bowl and was difficult to stir without ingredients falling out. “I arrived at 427ish, I drove all the way over here from peace health on Mother Jones to try one of your delicious looking smoothies and shots since I just left my chemotherapy visit and wanted to help my body feel better after being poisoned to be told right at 430 I cannot get a smoothie as I was about to decide on which one I would like to try that my stomach could handle. I get you close at 5, but some warning as soon as I walked in would have been nice. I'm really sad about this cause your smoothies sounded so bomb and just what my body was craving..... “
