“I just want to give a huge shout out to Nikki and recognize her and her drive thru team. Not only did Nikki go above and beyond to help me with my transaction that I messed up, but she calmly and patiently explained what had been done incorrectly on the tablet where you order. She was very sweet and walked me through all the steps. I live pretty far and this is the closest Panera to me, I explained that it had been a long day and her professionalism and wonderful attitude really just helped me get through the day. It was passed lunch time and I had not eaten all day and was exhausted but she was great. I feel like people write more bad reviews than good and I just wanted to really shout her out for being so wonderful, patient and kind. It did not go unnoticed. Thank you! “Love their soups and sandwiches. Coffee is hit or miss, unfortunately a bit inconsistent depending on the day. Sometimes the hazelnut and dark roast are just right, other days they're weak. The Sip Club subscription is good, enabling you to order through the app and just go grab a drink cup and self serve. Staff is quick and friendly!“
