I went to this restaurant when it first opened and honestly I wasn't impressed. I felt the pho was bland. The service was great though and the location is super convenient for me, so I decided to give it another swing a month or so later. Better. Fast forward to now...they have it down! I've been several times now and I haven't been disappointed again. The pho is now tasting excellent! The service is still great, and the restaurant is very clean. We ordered the Chicken Stir fry and Shrimp salad rolls.The stir fry was tasty but did not have enough chicken or vegetables.The shrimp salad roll was pretty bland with only lettuce and white noodles and the peanut sauce was thin and weak tasting.It doesn’t pay to cut corners.
Very casual and calm atmosphere. The server was very friendly and attentive. I ordered the pho with meatballs, and my husband ended up getting the stir fry with all the proteins. I also had the fresh passion fruit to drink. It was all delicious. Would highly recommend ?.I noticed a review from 2 weeks ago that shared a picture of a torn bench seat, and they had actually patched it when I went because I sat in that booth with a big patch.
