it's crappy because they really make good pizza most of the time. but almost always they forget a topping or pizza not cooked all the way. tonight ordered carryout and it was supposed to be ham, Pinneapple, and banana peppers. and of course mine had no dang ham. so it's hit or miss. also so much for no contact. they still hand me a receipt with pen to sign. like that's why I paid online. every single time I order it's the same. work all day order a pizza was all smashed now I have to wait another 30 mins
I don't know why so many people complain, I've always had great experience. My guess is people only post reviews when they're mad and can't be bothered to congratulate when they should. They always get my order here within the time they tell me. The online tracker is wrong sometimes but I understand its an estimate. Good job guys!
