Unlike most restaurants, the Blue Heron team knows how to run their show. Once you make it to a table and make the obvious choice to do the all you can eat fish and chicken fry (on Wednesdays and Fridays) you truly won't be waiting long before food arrives at your table! The food is always hot, fresh and delicious! Refills arrive promptly, dishes are cleared quickly... just an all around amazing experience.“

“Tofte’s Table is hands-down the best date night restaurant in Waukesha. The food is always delicious. This time, we had the braised short ribs, scallops, mushroom risotto, and maple bacon Brussels sprouts. Seriously delicious. “My wife and I love this place! We like to come early on the weekends to have ourselves a little day date before the kids get up. The food is always consistently good and satisfying. The service is always there when you need them. This place closes early so get there while you can!“

“Shanahan's is the place to go. Way better than Brew52 - a chill spot to read, do work, or be with friends. Seasonal drinks are always the bomb (but their regular menu is a great go-to). Love love their thai chicken salad (so gooddd) and all of their coffee. I always get one coffee drink and then one light seltzer drink and I feel light and happy the rest of the day. Absolutely go here!“

“The food arrived not as warm as I would have liked, BUT, there was only one server. My party arrived shortly after the restaurant opened and quickly became very busy. The server did a great jun but was overwhelmed until help arrived! The food however was very good albeit the temperature was not. The hostess was most gracious in apologizing and I will return in the future.“

“Great service to accommodate the amazing food we had. Owners/management on site and very friendly. They were checking in with all the tables and very accommodating to the patrons. “We had a cocktail at this establishment quite some time ago and it was OK. We came back to town and decided to have cocktails and dinner. Maddy our bartender was amazing. Great personality, and knowledgeable in her craft. Then on to dinner the food was awesome and Chris our server was spot on. Im in the food service industry and my expectations are pretty high. “We ordered the battered cod and half the fish was pollack and the other was cod. The pollack was so fishy tasting the dog wouldn't even eat it. It went down the garbage disposal. Fries were overcooked, almost burnt. Salad was all leaves, no tomato except for 2 tiny pieces.The bun was the best of the whole meal.Tally's has always been our go to for fish fries. Always excellent. Hopefully our next visit will be better or we'll be on the hunt for a new place.“

“This is a nice neighborhood bar. I go there to watch sports as they have a good setup with multiple screens showing just about any game you want to see. The food is good and reasonably priced. They have a good selection of beers on tap. Friendly and attentive bartenders. The only thing I can say negative is that it can get pretty loud, so if you're looking for a quiet place for conversation this isn't it.“

I had the Eggs Benedict which could have fed a family of 4 - Although, the ham lunchmeat and untoasted English muffin were a bit off for the price. But, there was A LOT of food!“
